I waited in line to get a burger here because the food options at this casino are not great and we didn't want to spend $79.99 each on the buffet at the main restaurant and the burgers looked decent. So the biggest complaint here is the music so loud it makes it difficult to hear anything the employees are saying. If you want to have a speaker with music this loud close to where people have to interact with each other, at the very least you need to have a screen up that visually displays which orders are completed. Instead what you're doing is asking for the customers name and then shouting it out when the order is completed. This doesn't work when two people have the same or similar sounding names because everyone has to try to read your lips to try and make out what name you're saying. The burger itself was ok however the cost wasn't. For the smokey cheddar bacon burger combo with a basic poutine instead of fries, a fountain pepsi, and an extra 500 ml bottle of brisk iced tea (which your charging $3.99?) my total came to over 27 dollars which isn't reasonable. It also took over 30 minutes for me to actually get my food from the time i started standing in line until I had it in my hand. It probably would have been longer but a worker who noticed i was standing there a very long time and asked to see my receipt and realized that they somehow lost my order.

Worse than you think it'll be, which is amazing given the reviews. Even with nearly a dozen people working, it'll still take 10-15 minutes to get a burger. Want a side salad? It's on the menu, but they don't have that. Want avocado? It says it's what comes with your burger, but it's actually just squeeze bottle guacamole. The amount of smoke coming out of this place will set off the smoke alarms one day...

Ordered a Large Poutine, it was really good, the portion size was huge, fed 2 adults and there was still some leftover. Lots of cheese curds, and tasty gravy.

Average burger and fries typical for the price. My beef is that 2 staff not wearing hair nets and both had shoulder length hair. It looks like 1 was the manager.

Over $20 after tax for this. Typical garbage food that North Americans shove down their gullet because there are no other options. Just plain theft. Also not enough employees working, massive lineup (only because there's barely anywhere to eat). This ain't Vegas. Just go hungry instead.
