The flavor of milk chocolate was perfectly balanced, and the presentation was amazing. I can't wait to come back and try more dishes. Keep up the great work.

The best place in Toronto. First time try milk chocolate ice cream . It was very delicious and decorative. Customer service was superb and excellent . Will definately enjoy next visit.

My daughter and I ordered their spicy burger and fries combos. The burgers were dripping raw blood. No taste. 1 jalapeño pepper. Not spicy. The fries were too dry. We dumped the meals in the garbage and left. No wonder the joint was empty.

First time customer. Ordered a double smoke stack combo. The burger was good. Fries were average. But the price didn't quite match what I was expecting. The price for the combo on the menu was 21.50. When it was added to their machine, it became $23.65 before tax plus a $1.54 for a drink. I'd made a payment without realizing it and then I saw the receipt. When I first asked her to explain the numbers, she wasn't quite able to explain. Then, the manager came and said the menu on the store is outdated and explained $1.54 was for an upgrade from a fountain to a bottled one, which I didn't ask for nor the girl didn't ask me if I wanted to. I was very disappointed that the manager wasn't showing any expression of apology. Overall, average quality of food and bad customer experience. Not worth $28.46 for a burger combo.

One of the best in the city! Their poutine gravy is the best in the city in my opinion, and their onion rings are bafflingly crispy! The Smokey Cheddar Bacon Burger was amazing, perfectly dressed and the Buffalo Chicken Burger was spot on, exactly the right Buffalo sauce flavour! We will absolutely be coming back again!

Big Smoke Burger is one of my go-to spots for a fantastic burger in Canada. The flavors are incredible, and the ingredients are always fresh. Plus, the atmosphere is super relaxed and welcoming. If you’re craving a juicy, delicious burger, you’ve got to give Big Smoke Burger a try—you won’t be disappointed!

Had the bacon cheddar signature combo but replaced the beef patty with chicken. Had a nice taste to it. It has a pickle so be warned. The fries was good as well. Wasn't overcooked and had nice texture. Will try other signature burgers next time.
