Well well well.....we stayed over whilst visiting the Niagara Falls during the tour. Our tour operator brought us here. We had a maple syrup tasting session and bought one for us and then we went to the restaurant where we ordered veg paninis and a portion of fries. My my.....the fries were out of the world which when we started in the bus only stopped when there was none left. The paninis were eaten after the Niagara Falls boat trip and even though they were cold the taste and freshness blew us over. Hopefully next time we will have more time and taste more food at the restaurant but when you are the part of the tour you are at the merciful hands of the driver who keep threatening you politely to stick with the 20 minutes break time. Enjoy the food and have photographs. The staff went above and beyond. Buy yourself a bottle of maple syrup as well and also taste the frozen candy.

A fast food place next to a souvenir shop at Niagara, a good spot for kids who don't like the fancy restaurants in Niagara

Too expensive for the food you're getting. A single turkey and bacon panini including taxes cost me 22 bucks. Very dry and bland taste. The turkey tasted worse than cheap supermarket hotdogs and there was practically no bacon. Tourist trap wouldn't recommend

One key note is that "meals" do not include drinks so plan to spend extra on that. A bottle of pop will be $4 plus depending on what you want. My burger alone would have been $20 (the Canadian) $26 got me the "meal" which means it includes side of fries. The atmosphere is ok, but it is an eatery/cafeteria dynamic, not a classic restaurant. Not a problem, but if you are looking for a sit-down restaurant it may not be your pick. If the sitting area is busy it would be noisy. Overall the food came fairly quickly and the fries were good. The staff were a mix. Some were very warm and welcoming while others were, less so.

The food was bland, but they did have chilly flakes and sauces. This place also sold alcohol. It was a cafeteria feel to this place. The prices were pretty up there as well. Yes there is parking and the white water walk is near by as well.

Way too expensive. Food is plentiful and good but not worthy of the price.

Was on a tour bus stopped for 45 minutes to eat and get souvenirs. Spent 45 minutes ordering, waiting to pay and eating very quickly. No time to even shop. Very disorganized we ate at 1:30 not 12:00 (which I would have thought would have been busy) but unfortunately that seemed to be the time all the buses stopped. Very disorganized no definite lines, workers seemed to be confused on their jobs. This is definitely a tourist trap....$60 for paninis, 4 butter tarts, 2 bottles of water. .

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The price and the food wasn't worth the mental torture of seeing ALL of the staff performing their duties (including making food) without wearing any gloves. Cleaning tables, clearing garbage (walking it through the seating area), and wiping tables/trays - all without gloves. The only glove I saw was on the cashier - because apparently only the people paying and their money has germs. If you're a germaphobe (or even remotely care about hygiene) this is not the place for you. We stopped here on a tour and there weren't any other food options offered. Still would not recommend. If on a tour, pack your own lunch that won't get confiscated if crossing the border.
