This place used to be an amazing local burger shop. WOW has this place gone downhill. I ordered the Gyro dinner and not sure what the meat was. It was burnt to a crisp and tasted and looked like fried Bologna. Obviously frozen and disgusting. The meat was so burnt it was inedible and had to be thrown in the trash. The greek salad was old and rotten and also had to be thrown out. I ordered a hot dog and it was old and also burnt to a crisp. Everything was inedible, rotten and burnt it all had to be thrown out. Do yourself a favour and save your money, its all frozen food and cooked dreadfully.

Got 2 chicken burgers and a beef burger. It honestly didn’t taste like much and was lacking in flavour. Plus the beef burger was not fully cooked. Maybe it was an off day for them? The service itself was fine. Prices however were cheap.

@#$&_ing Raw as Ramsay would say. Poor quality and burger and fries all raw. Avoid this place like the plague. Burgers and french fries aren't a complex dish to get fully cooked

With the closure of Big Boy's Whitby, this was the closest next thing. It was very disappointing, and so far beyond the family recipes that it is practically its own seperate business. The fries are thin, undersalted and soggy; The burger meat is tough; The sandwich construction was sloppy; and the gravy did not taste at all like the Big Boy's gravy. If you're missing Whitby and want a closer taste, take the extra trek to Coburg. Coburg's location has some good blessings from the wonderful staff at the former Whitby location.

Ordered the philly steak poutine and the big boy burger. You get to customize the burger toppings, which is nice. The portion of the poutine was huge and enough to feed a few people. Both the burger and the poutine tasted pretty good, although a little too salty. The servers were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant has a retro/vintage atmosphere, which I like.

I'm going to give my honest review I walked in there. Around 3pm on April 13 The customer service is top notch I'm not sure if I was talking to the owner or someone that just worked there but he was very nice and welcoming the fries were fresh and crunchy, burger was delicious and juicy including all the toppings. I loved every last bite. Will definitely return for some good food.

Very impressed with the taste of their big boy burger. The decor inside and out is dated however, don’t let that scare you away. Fresh beef patty, and the fries were great and the gravy even had beef chunks. You could tell it was homemade. All this was $15 bucks included gravy side.
