Biegel's Stone Oven Pizza (Italian Eatery)

We order from here often and it's always delicious. I do wish their delivery hours were available past 7pm. It seems like a thing in oville where everything closes early. But will definitely be back for more delicious sandwiches.

Disappointed We got takeout and the food was edible at most. The ravioli was $16 for only 5 pieces with terrible food presentation and the sauce looked like my kids would make it. The pizza was all bread and sauce with barely any cheese. I don’t know if the food would be better if I ate in or if it’s just like that in takeout but do better.

I recently tried the Calabria pizza and Veal on a Bun sandwich from Biegel’s Stone Oven Pizza, and both were absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich and authentic, and the quality of ingredients really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back soon to try their pasta. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great Italian food!

The food freshness and quality were impressive, hot and made to order - if you're getting the alfredo, let it sit for a bit before eating. The flavours seemed bland at first, but blossomed after a little time. The smoothies were delicious and refreshing. My only regret is the portion sizes - if you're looking for a light pasta lunch, you'll go back to work satisfied and be hungry again for dinner. As a dinner choice, it's a little disappointing as a solo item. I'd definitely return to try more dishes, but I wouldn't go on a day I was super hungry. However, I do recommend if you're looking for healthy, lighter fare.

I came here the other week, looking for some decent Italian food, but I ended up getting a 2 hour wait on a Sunday and a barely cooked pizza. I don't know what's going on here because I've heard good things but this service was completely unacceptable. The staff that was there had to reconfirm my order 2 times while I was sitting in the restaurant and they still gave me the wrong pizza. They remade it and I stood there, watching the staff cook my new pizza with oven doors wide open. Crazy thing to hear but food cooks faster and better if the oven doors are closed. I'm completely beside myself with how awful this was. I would never ever recommend this restaurant to anyone. I did receive a refund but I lost 2 hours of my Sunday.

I received a reply from a Manager who provided the phone number to the store. Not him personally. I was advised in the reply that I would receive a replacement for the terrible meal we received as well as a $30 voucher for the money I paid for said terrible meal. After calling “the store” to get my replacement (against my boyfriends better judgement) I was advised they had no wings to replace the terrible ones so I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo WITH CHICKEN as well as a replacement for my chicken Parmesan (pasta). I was asked to change my review so I will. The chicken parmesan (pasta) was absolutely delicious. So there, I changed that part of my review. Now….. Just because I order out doesn’t mean I don’t cook. I know what pasta looks like if left in the strainer too long. There were hard dry parts of fettuccine noodles and there was almost no sauce. As for chicken? 2 tiny little pieces. We added some milk to the pasty non existent Alfredo but that didn’t help much. Driest fettuccine Alfredo I’ve ever had. But that’s not all…. I was offered a replacement AND a $30 voucher but when I picked up the order I was told the 2 pastas came to $37 and my discount was $30 so I still owed $7.00. I was going to pay by debit and then was told they did not have their terminal at the store. They asked for cash which I don’t carry on me. I said I would be back the next day but after the “No wings, No replaced meal and terrible fettuccine” I am not going back to (a) pay $7 or (b) ever order from here again. Consider my review changed. Thank you. Original Review: I ordered chicken Parmesan ($15.99), wings ($9.99) and BBQ sauce for the wings ($?). I called in the order instead of ordering online as it was 10:38pm and they close at 11:00pm. I understand it was close to closing time but if the order was unable to be prepared in time for her to leave she should have advised me when I called and spoke to her. I would have understood that. I DON’T understand what I paid $30 for. When I got home I opened my chicken Parmesan only to find some sort of sandwich with chicken, arugula, one tiny little piece of bacon (leftover?) and a brown sauce that I am assuming is balsamic reduction. I’m not 100% sure what is on it but basically, I’m not going to eat it. I ordered pasta and got a sandwich? And not even a chicken Parmesan sandwich. I am very disappointed and hungry. I worked a 12 hour day and when I got home had nothing to eat. Even though I just spent $30 on supper. My boyfriend had to put the wings back in the oven because they weren’t cooked. They never did turn out “enjoyable” and some were just inedible. McDonald’s BBQ sauce came to the rescue for the edible ones. These mistakes are completely unacceptable. I don’t work to throw my money away and throw food in the garbage. Nor do I work to stay hungry. Pic 1. Does this look like chicken Parmesan to you? Is there normally Arugula, Balsamic Reduction and one tiny little piece of bacon on it?!?! And where is the pasta, cheese and tomato sauce?!?!! I would have forgiven a chicken parm sandwich vs pasta but this is nowhere near chicken Parmesan. Pic 2 is what I ordered. BIG difference!!! Pic 3 is the raw wings we got. Pic 4 is the “BBQ sauce(?)” I requested for the wings. I even asked her if it was BBQ Sauce as she handed me the order and she confirmed “yes” it was. It was actually Balsamic Reduction and Olive oil. On wings?!?!! Really?!?!!! I will NEVER order from here again!

We have been coming here for years. Was told when we had called that the location was sold but all of the items and taste would remain the same. Our family was very disappointed with our order. We have always ordered the same pizza with the same great taste. What we got was no where near the same and missing some of the main ingredients. If you are a former customer beware that you will probably not get what you had ordered before. Photo below Is the original pizza vs the newer "not changed" one. Not happy.
