had lunch with a friend here for the first time this week, and the smoothies and sandwiches were delicious. the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable too! the quality of the ingredients is unmatched and the prices are very reasonable taking that into account

Toronto was in desperate need for a real health bar that actually tastes good - everything is light but filling. Everything is all organic with no seed oils which was a draw for me because it’s impossible to find nowadays! Perfect for people who care about their health but still want tasty eats. Smoothies and coffees are 10/10 too! Been coming here almost daily since it opened. Favs are The Breakfast Wrap, The Spicy Arugula Salad, The Goddess, The Cocoa Cloud, and The Glow!!

Jack, the owner, greeted us warmly and took the time to recommend dishes tailored to our taste. His hands-on approach made us feel like VIPs. The drinks? Absolute perfection! The Matchana was creamy and earthy, with a hint of sweetness from the banana and richness from the coconut cream. The Glow was a refreshing beauty elixir—sweet strawberries and collagen goodness in every sip. For food, the Tuna Melt Wrap was a wholesome delight with a creamy, crunchy mix and the perfect chipotle kick. The Umami Salad stole the show—crunchy, fresh, and elevated with salmon and that dreamy miso dressing. Finally, the Banana Bread with THE Baru Nut Butter was the ultimate dessert—a not too sweet, nutty finish we’re still dreaming about. THE BEST for me. Jack and his team have created a space and menu full of love, flavor, and attention to detail. Highly recommend! 🌟

I had Smoothie, The Grow $19, tastes only strawberry and a bit banana, so easy to drink. Foods at the counter look good, but I think it’s better to have a light for foods. It’s so dark and hard to see. The Grow: Strawberry, banana, avocado, sea moss, coconuts cream, carrot juice and more.
