Bendale Restaurant

This Family Run Restaurant is one of the best that I have been to. The Family greets me and other customers warmly when we come in. Excellent Patio Outside to eat as well. They are always happy and friendly and will do anything for you to make your meal delicious and tasty. The portion sizes are very generous. The food is home made all the time. I will recommend this place to anyone. Thank you very much for you hospitality. Take care.

It was a good visit overall, been here a few times in the past. First time trying out the 12" sub during today's visit (Oct. 2nd). The steak 😋 is the most delicious item on the menu. They are closed on Tuesdays and open most days until 3 pm though.

Hidden Gem! The best vibes, homey environment & exceptional food along with spectacular service...this is restaurant is a banger! . I am definitely coming back with my children, rest of family and friends; and send out recommendations! *Note* ~ Take advantage of the patio....

This is a cozy neighborhood haunt. I’m not sure why I’ve never been before, but I’d say that Bendale is a solid “go to” breakfast spot. The atmosphere is nice, good service and and great value. My only wish is that my Bendale Special came with home fried potatoes.

Love this family run business, it gives me such joy to support small business. Phoebe was amazing, all the Staff are always happy. The Good: Simple uncomplicated menu that are flexible upon request. The ambience is a cute 50’s diner vibe. I like my homefries crispy outside and soft inside but theirs are softer than I am used to for traditional homefries but it’s a personal referrence. Needs Improvement ASAP: The washroom needs a thorough cleaning, dissinfecting and repair. The water pressure was non-existent when flushing and one sink was out of order.

We were warmly greeted upon entering the restaurant, which is an old-school diner where the staff know the names of regulars. We had the Bendale breakfast with pancakes instead of toast, Bendale's cheddar burger, a chocolate milkshake and bottomless coffee. Food was super tasty and everything with tax and tip was under $50. It was a highly enjoyable dining experience. Thank you!

Could be better for the price, even though the price is pretty average for what you would get elsewhere. Quality of food could be better compared to other breakfast spots. However, I did get take out so maybe it’s different for dine in. Eggs were bland, asked for home fries well done but they were so soggy and no crisp to it at all.

Visited 7:30AM Jan 10th 2018. I was looking for a little greasy spoon restaurant with unlimited coffee and a good breakfast. Not too busy, service was pleasant and timely. The portions are generous and tasty. The decor is 50's diner style and fun. I will definitely be back.
