Great service, it was my first time trying Beaver Tails and Harman who is the service rep made sure that my experience was a great one. The pistachio is my favorite. Will definitely buy again!

The atmosphere is really friendly. An employee made a little mistake on my order and gave me a new one free of charge without me having to ask as well. Great customer service.

Went there for my Son's birthday. Absolutely wonderful experience! The ladies there were so friendly and kind. Sharing picture with consent from the wonderful ladies who served us today!

The tails were great with some great quality ice cream, and the atmosphere was inviting and very on par with the culture of beavertails. There's some Muskoka chairs in the front which make for some cute photo ops. The worker was very kind and social as well! I also loved that there was a large sink for hand washing. Overall I had a great experience with my kids!

Harman was absolutely amazing and let us know every option for our child that he would like and was very patient. The drinks were really good. We will definitely be coming back!

Tried choco wafer and nut n spicy honey beavertails. They were okay. Not something extraordinary, to be honest, as I'm guessing beavertails are their primary specialty. Customer service wasn't bad. Restaurant from the inside was nice and clean. A few others came into the restaurant while I was waiting for my order. Not sure what they were ordering though. Perhaps I'll try something else on their menu next time.
