I stopped by BBQ Chicken while hanging out with a friend who lives nearby. Having visited other locations before, I was excited to try this one and see how it compared. The interior is spacious and clearly designed to accommodate large gatherings, which is a great feature for group outings. Despite being the only server on duty, the staff member did a commendable job managing everything on her own. While the service was understandably a bit slow, her effort and attentiveness didn’t go unnoticed. We ordered the Gangnam Style and Gang-Jeong chicken flavours, and both were fantastic. Each bite of chicken was perfectly cooked, and the sauces were rich, flavourful, and packed with depth—definitely living up to the hype. Overall, BBQ Chicken is a solid choice if you’re in the area and craving some delicious Korean-style chicken. Recommended!

The food here was quite solid ! Came here for the first time and we got a bunch of different items. Definitely over indulged as we can barely finish all of it. Their food is pretty filling but really delicious. Would highly reccomend coming here with family and friends!

I visited bbq Chicken on the recommendation of a friend. It took quite a while to be seated as the restaurant was full but only had two servers. The servers are kind and as attentive as possible given the fact that they are terribly understaffed. We ordered the Honey Garlic and Galbi Q chicken, as well as the cream tteokbokki. The tteokbokki tasted good but the portion was quite small. The chicken itself is pretty average. While the skin is crispy at first bite, it quickly softens and melts into the rest of the chicken - leaving you with no crunch as you chew. The meat itself is nothing special and just juicy enough to not be dry. The Galbi sauce was definitely interesting, with hints of smokiness - I'd guess it included some barbecue sauce. As each order is served as 8 pieces from a whole chicken, some pieces have less meat (and way more bone) then others. I wouldn't go again unless I planned on trying the so-maek tower, which seems to be the main appeal of this place.

Awesome menu options, with chicken combos, apps, salads and sandwiches. Plenty of options for everyone. Licensed so you can enjoy a cold beverage with your meal. Interior is clean and welcoming. Great location overall, although plan on finding parking as street can be busy! Definitely recommend.

Very delicious and crunchy chicken. The radish was a good palette cleanser. We also really enjoyed the cheese balls. Will definitely come back to have chicken and the beer tower.

Fun little place with amazing food. The Shriptoast was very flavorful and the spicey Mayo sauce was great to go with it. The Chicken was cooked perfectly. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I got the Sweet and Chilli Secret Sauce and it was great.

I had the best and most AWESOME first experience here at your location in Markham Ontario. The staff is really professional and even brought us hot water as we discussed our preferred way to drink water! I really enjoy the vibe with your choice of music and the environment is friendly and inviting. We ordered one whole chicken here to try

The fried chicken is very good! The rice cakes are a bit too squishy/cooked in my opinion. It's a bit pricey (we paid ≈$100 for 4 dishes) but the food is tasty!
