Love this place! Best pho in Barrie. The service is excellent and the food is even better! Fresh ingredients makes for a satisfying meal. It's the perfect alternative when the family wants fast food from one of the franchises close by. Let them get their crap and I'll walk over to get some real food. Would definitely recommend.

I rarely leave negative reviews, I just usually never go back if I didn't like something but this time I wanted to share. We ordered from this place from UberEats today. When the guy from the restaurant called regarding our order, he was rude but that's beside the point. We got fried rice and pad thai. Fried rice had a fly in it and pad thai had a piece of foil which I accidentally started on chewing. This is not okay.

Love this place! So far so good and discovered this place this month and had been there twice in 2 weeks! The food & service is fabulous. Priced correctly! Tried a few items from their menu. Thai Spicy Basil Chicken, Thai Dumplings (chkn) and beef skewers are my favorites. Would never go back to other Thai restaurants in barrie unless they try & beat their quality along with their pricing. Thanks to the owners & staff for doing a great job! Hope it stays the same!

I just recently found this place. Wow, if you like spicy basil chicken, this will be your go to. This dish has phenomenal flavour, with the perfect amount of heat. The servings are out of this world, they’re huge! Great value and great taste. My new go to for Thai food! Went again and had the satay combo and the beef pho. Another fantastic meal.

The service is not the friendliest, almost cold. Never asked how everything was, and never came back after dropping off the food.🙄 I had to walk up to the counter to pay the bill. The food came quickly enough and was okay. The chicken in the red curry was nice and tender.

We’ve been wanting to try Basil House for awhile, so ordered takeout. Tried the satay combo meal, and it may not look like a lot of food, but it was quite filling! The mango salad was delicious, and the pad Thai was tasty. We wanted to try both the beef and chicken skewers and they were able to accommodate the request. We’ll be back, there are so many other item to try!
