Ordered the nutty chicken box, it was a great fast - healthy option. Would order again for sure! Great portion size and I enjoyed how they had personal take out bags with the restaurants logo.

I love this location! I've been to a few in the downtown area and this is by far my favourite of the locations. The staff are so helpful, welcoming and so friendly! The menu can be a bit confusing but the staff are willing to help you with anything. 😋 I usually get the Tofu delight, which is a vegetarian option. The tofu is flavored to perfection. Some days, I also add the satay steak and it's cooked perfectly where the steak isn't tough or rubbery. Definitely a spot to check out if you want a hearty salad and if you're in the north york area!

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time and was looking for a low-calorie lunch option. The staff recommended that I create my own mix and I was impressed by the calorie information marked on each food item. I ended up choosing lemongrass chicken, a green salad, tangy tamarind sauce that paired well with the chicken, and a variety of nutty toppings. The combination was delicious and refreshing with only 360 calories.

I’ve been living beside Basil Box for many years. However, I seldom buy food from there. Last night I went there cause we had nothing cooked and Pramila was the person who helped to make my box! Oh my! She is the sweetest, most patient person I’ve met in this industry! Because of her and how she made me feel during my experience I will definitely come back to this place! Yesterday I had a tough day and her kindness totally changed my night!

Customer service is always great here! It's conveniently right at the corner of Yonge and Finch. They have lots of different types of meals inspired by different Asian flavors. But you also have the option to build your own box. There's also a bubbletea spot here as well!
