Basil Box

I really enjoyed the signature chicken box. Filling but still with a nice light texture. The sweet tangy sauce is great and when you try it. It was prepared in under 5 minutes and I had my to go box quickly. The chicken was very flavourful and tender.

The best part about this basil box location is you always know what you’re going to get and the quality is always consistently good. The service and vibe are also always great. Slightly expensive but not stingy on quantity. The boxes are definitely fulfilling.

I was disappointed when my DoorDash order came with missing ingredients. I phoned the store and spoke to Emmanuel who was very polite and apologized for what happened. He then personally delivered a full box with all the ingredients. I really appreciate the effort he took to step in and resolve my issue. Thanks again. Highly recommend this store.

Really bland food I got here unfortunately and service was really slow but very nice and nice kept place. The owner has it wrong. It wasn't just. A healthy attempt at the meal, it was completely devoid of flavour or any good ingredient. Just bland and tasteless. It's possible to make healthy, tasty food that isn't bland. And my complaints where headed more towards the staff, they were extremely busy and rushing everything. And that's what I got. A rushed tasteless meal.

Their food is very fresh and quite tasty. You build your own dish here with some preset meats, veg, sauces, and toppings to choose from, or you can get a pre-built dish like Pad Thai. I've had a few of their different combinations and haven't had a bad meal yet. Additionally, they have a bubble tea stand inside their location, which is awesome. Parking is very tight here, and the spaces are narrow as well, so prepare for that if you visit during peak hours.

Overall I had a great experience ordering there. The way to order food is to choose ingredients, or they have their signature meal to call. All of the elements look fresh and smell good. I chose rice noodles as the base; the taste was okay, just a little bit dry at the end. My colleague ordered brown rice, and she said it was very delicious! I will try it next time. I love their chicken, which is well-seasoned and tender. The service was significant, and the staff was very patient. I'll see you guys next time!

Did take out and looked very healthy and was done with my traditional places I eat. I could start with any choices and protein and lastly saices / toppings . Got myself custom veggie bowl with brown rice , mid spicy sauce . Being vegetarian i hoped they could let us get all 5-6 options of veggies to add rather then only 2 . Rest all was good and worth a try . But surely they should Consider extra topping as part of price . As it is decent priced
