I came to this place 4th time in last 2 weeks but today i had the worst experience. The guy who was serving me was very rude to me. He didn’t know to treat or speak with Customer… I didn’t know his name but he was wearing Glasses.. i came here around 12:40 pm.

I never do bad reviews for anyone but this guy push me to do that. I have to choose star that’s why I am choosing one, otherwise they do not prefer even half star. The way they are offering customers service it’s garbage. I ordered from Uber and I made a request for put sauces on side instead of into the bowl as it makes very soggy. But then they send me the notification to cancel my order so I called them. I don’t know who is spoke with but he was a guy with very rude tone, and told me with very bad attitude that, “I can’t give you as it cost more and I can’t provide you 3 scoop of guacamole on side as it cost more and so on. But I never asked him for more stuff, I only asked whatever is included in the price. His tone was like he is giving the food in charity, he said that, “I am already giving you the sour cream on side.” Which is already comes with the bowl, he is not giving anything for free. Still after getting this type of service I said , “Thanks for your help”. But he hung up the phone very aggressively. He should learn how to talk with customers. If this service is continuing then no one is gonna come.

Just because it's delivery you guys send me a broken burrito without any care for the customers satisfaction? Still had to pay good money for horrible quality food. I ordered a burrito and it ended up being a burrito bowl cause the wrap was completely broken and impossible to eat. If you don't care for the customers quit your job. Update: Yeah thanks for your automated response. literally doesn't answer any of my concerns from the original review. Never buying food from this brand ever again. If I could give you negative star rating I would.

This BarBurrito location specifically is spectacular! Very clean, the food was very fresh and the staff was incredibly kind and generous with the scoops and offers. I will only go to this BarBurrito location from now on. Highly recommend the bang bang shrimp bowls!

I’m so happy to have found this incredible location! I had the BEST burrito bowl of my life here yesterday and back again today. I will be coming back almost everyday because of how fresh and delicious everything is. It’s very obvious how hard they work prepping all these fresh ingredients for us to enjoy. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. 5/5 friendly kind staff and insanely delicious food.

It’s always been great experience being there. Wonderful food, fresh toppings, significant portions, and on the top of that, commendable customer service. This location never disappoints me, and staff is always enthusiastic. Amazing place to stop by and grab food real quick. Would highly recommend it.

It's a very big burrito if u get a large. Worth the price. I'm not saying it's bad but all I tasted was beans and rice in mines. I ordered vegetables but there wasn't much in there so it ended up the tasting like rice and beans. It was really mushy, I would have preferred for them to add more vegetables but I ordered through the uber app so I don't blame them. Definitely good portions.
