Came on my birthday and the lady was very kind! Bar burrito is the go to spot for me and my partner especially this location because we’ve had bad experiences with other chains in the past. Can’t complain at all!

Extremely disappointed in the customer service. I always order delivery and the food is amazing. But when I went in person was shocked by the rudeness of staff. They are dismissive, unhelpful. I asked for help with the menu, as I wanted to try something new and they refused. There were two young women working during that time.

The young woman who was running the entire store was fantastic. Service was a little slow understandably as one person dealt with 10 customers in 10 mins, as well as online orders. The portions were a good size: the hot sauce is delicious, as is the spicy chicken. The place is clearly cleaned regularly.

I order every week once or twice a week. The portions are smaller depending who’s working I’m assuming. I order a bowl everytime and Sometimes barely get any lettuce keep in mind I request with no rice so you would think they would put a good amount of the other toppings. I pay for extra cheese this is always missed, even today I ended up with no cheese . I gave this place a try for 3 months straight and I’ve probably received 2 orders with no error. If it was free I wouldn’t care but I’m spending $30-$40 every visit kind’ve ridiculous to not receive a decent amount of food for what you are paying for or even the order done correctly. Today I did a bean bowl wasn’t aware you would only get one type of bean considering it’s a bean bowl, missing the cheese , missing the green pepper , they added this red thing I have no clue. I just wasn’t impressed at all .

On October 19, 2024 I went to grab dinner at this location. I needed to write this for the amazing employee who served me. She was the only employee working and had customers in line as well as delivery orders to fill. Having being spoken down to by customers who were irate and had no patience or understanding, this employee Harshdeep, kept her composure and was so graceful. Love the food here and, the customer service from Harshdeep was star quality. Many employees would not put up with the abuse of customers. I hope her employer knows and appreciates her.

Food and service was excellent, but there was only one poor lady working there during the rush how. She was super nice and quick but it's not right to let her work alone when it's the busy hours! Management should make sure to have good coverage so workers aren't working alone

One of the best barBURRITO establishments I have ever visited. The veggies are fresh, and the protein and beans are also delicious and freshly prepared. The service is fast, and the staff here are friendly and pleasant to interact with. I highly recommend this place for anyone craving Mexican food.

I enjoy their food cause it's worth it and fresh. I usually buy the bowls which you can add whatever you want on it. Here pictured is the mild chicken bowl which I usually get and chips and salsa. Very nice and clean restaurant and workers are nice and quick with my orders. Will keep coming back.
