It took a long time for this restaurant to get off the ground. I watched the front window for several months, looking for signs of occupancy and life. The product is very good, everything must be made-to-order; several staff members were present during my visit. I tried a pair of 🌮 tacos - they were rather lack lustre - the fillings were a tad stingy. The burrito was excellent - I chose shrimp for my initial order and visit. I switched to ground beef on my next visit and I wasn't disappointed. The entire restaurant is squeaky clean and all of the ingredients appear to be fresh and tasty.

Just ordered a spicy chicken bowl from here. Absolutely tasteless. Even the jalapeños were bland. Not sure how they manage to achieve that feat. Don't even bother ordering from here. Got fooled by the high rating. Now I think it is manufactured. After a couple of morsels, I decided to bin it.

Went in during lunch a few days ago with a companion. We had just beat the rush. My order was taken first but I notice they are a bit slow in making the food.. Once other people start walking in they skipped my companions order.. they need to have a better way taking customer orders, in order! I got stake tacos but the stake tasted like they had put curry seasoning in it or something?!.. don’t get me wrong I love curry but not when it’s paired with stake..

I visited Barburrito around 9 PM, and even though it was a little busy, the service was impressively fast. The food arrived warm, and the taste did not disappoint! The portion of protein was just right, making it a satisfying meal. I highly recommend trying their tacos—they were absolutely delicious! Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I would definitely come back again.

2.5/5 Ordered via SkipTheDishes and went to go picked up. My order wasn’t recognized in the system and wasn’t ready for it to be picked up. They had to make my order which took around 15-20 mins. They did apologize and gave me a Diet Coke, but made a comment and insisted I took a water bottle instead. It was a kind gesture regardless. Overall the serving size was pretty small and the meat was cold. I ordered the jerk chicken and the regular mild chicken but frankly they tasted the same. Their service did make up for it, but I would never be going back

While I didn’t eat here it’s a cute new place on the Danforth off Coxwell. Food was good, service was friendly. They had a deal on Uber Eats, buy one get one free for burritos.
