This place is very clean and has a nice view in city centre. The service is good and the staff working on christmas day are very friendly. We enjoyed our veggie bowl as a family.

My mom and sister usually come here and have always had a great experience. Unfortunately this time was not that great. There were 2 girls there who were struggling to understand our order and were extremely confused. My mom request medium hot sauce and the girl helping her kept loading her bowl up with more than that. It wasn't edible and we had to throw it out. I called to let them know about that and when I requested the names of who helped us they refused to give out any information. I could tell she was struggling to understand me so I offered to speak in her native language to give her a chance to understand and she kept saying how she cannot reveal what language she speaks since that is personal information. SO THEN I asked her when a customer has a concern that they want to bring up to the manager how do they notify the manager about who was helping them. There's no name tag on their uniform and no way to differentiate between the staff. The staff here was exhausting to deal with. If you have the patience the food is decent but if not, there's a shawarma place across the street.

Unfortunate experience at my Go-To BarBurrito tonight. I usually hit this place during the day up to 3 times a week and the ladies serving the food are amazing. They load the bowls, listen to exactly what you say like "lots of.." or "just a little.." and I'm usually so happy I almost always hit 20%TIP while checking out because they make an absolutely perfect bowl. Tonight however there were 2 gentlemen working i had never dealt with before, so I immediately introduced myself as a "big tipper" if I get a nice "big bowl". It was all downhill from there. The guy making my bowl acted like he needed to feed a family of 10 with what was left so I had to ask up to 3 times for each ingredient before I was even remotely happy with what he was putting in. Nearing the end and sauce time i decided to give up, but did warn the fellow that I'd like him to cover the sauces with more lettuce, so that it doesn't stick to the takeout bowl. He then sprinkled about three more pieces of lettuce (no joke, exactly three small slivers of lettuce) as fast as he could and preceded to put the plastic container lid on the bowl so fast, all the while I am REPEATEDLY asking him to stop and and put more lettuce. At this point, in disbelief of the service I'm in the middle of receiving, i ask him if he is the owner to which he replies "No I just work here". I then1 said. You must always listen to the customer. When it comes to the food business and make sure they are satisfied. His response to me was, if he were to have listened to me and put more lettuce, he would lose his job. I have attached photos to show how much room was still left in the bowl and also the sauce. That's stuck to the lid due to the workers, stubbornness, an unwillingness to put some lettuce on top of the sauce as asked.

Horrible experience.... BBox promo looked good.. but it was very disappointing. Chicken was Luke warm.... ground beef was cold straight out of the fridge. The chips and fries were cold and stale. Grabbed it from behind the counter under the burrito press... very odd.. Went home with an upset stomach.

I've visited barBURRITO a few times and have always had a great experience. The service is consistently good, and the ingredients are always fresh. I usually go for the small whole wheat bean burritos, which are delicious and definitely worth it, especially with their buy one get one offer. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be visiting again

Holy Guacamole!! This joint satisfies your soul! Fresh, hot comfort food that tastes legit delissssssh. I have been here twice so far and each time I’m blown away with the meals I have tried from their menu! The folks that work here are so awesome too! They remember their customers and the last conversation they had with you. Gotta love the personal touch! This has got to be my all time favourite joint to hit up when the body, soul and mind needs comfort food or when I’m out with hungry friends. ;-)

Bar Burrito may not be the only burrito joint in town, but they’ve certainly raised the bar. Definitely a great place for a post-workout guilt-free bowl of goodness. Casual and inviting ambiance plus friendly service. We tried the Jerk Chicken Bowl which was spicy, smoky, and downright addictive and the Crunchy Fish bowl was oh-so-satisfying with a yummy, tangy lime crema sauce. But here’s the catch, the fish pieces were small. A few more of those little swimmers, and this bowl would’ve been perfect. Overall both our bowls were full of flavor and the freshness? Impeccable! So, my fellow burrito enthusiasts, if you’re craving fresh, fast, and fabulous Tex-Mex, plus an affordable price tag of $12.99 a bowl, I highly recommend a visit.
