recently went to Bar Burrito at bramlea and mayfield and was really let down by the quantity of extreme chips compared to other locations I've visited. At other places, I usually get a decent-sized portion that feels worth the money, but here, it was just a small handful. The chips were tasty, but the serving was so underwhelming that it left me feeling unsatisfied. I really think they need to step up their game when it comes to portion sizes!

I ordered online and they sent me a bowl of burnt rice. Not edible and gross. The black burnt pieces were clearly visible and on the top, I’m not sure why they felt comfortable serving this.

The staff needs to learn customer service zero knowledge if you ask them anything. Please train staff they call other staff for everything if you ask them what type of sauce it is they behave rude . Then laugh on customers with each other . Thank you

Had the falafel bowl for the first time ordered and delivered via Uber Eats and I was blown away at how good this tasted and surprised I had never noticed this on the menu before. Very flavorful and the best of both worlds (Mexican and middle eastern). I would definitely recommend this to any vegetarian looking for a twist on the burrito or bowl.

I always go here and since day one my experience has been amazing, the staff is very friendly and attentive. They prepare all menu listed items very well making sure to always give that touch of yum. Go check it out !

Ordered through Uber Eats(Falafel bowl). Food tasted delicious. Called them to add some extra chips on the bowl. Service was on point. Overall, A 10/10 place. Highly recommended. My personal Favourite franchise to visit.

Food was ok but saw a mouse running under the counter, I parked in the back and noticed they had the back door open which is probably how the mice go in. Disgusting, I will not eat there again. I hope their food license gets cancelled until they keep their place clean and back door closed. They keep their back door open all the time letting mice in.
