Noodle soup was great, beef was soft and tender, noodles were perfectly cooked and springy. I didn't take pictures of the pork dumplings I ordered which were steamed well. The price is really good but there was only one waitress for the entire restaurant and there were people lined up to be seated in a full restaurant so don't expect good service. Also, they definitely need bigger water cups considering we're eating spicy food and need lots of water lol

Incredible value Asian fusion spot! The bao buns here are consistently excellent, with generous portions that could easily make a meal. The service is outstanding - especially Owen, who provided attentive and friendly service today. Prices are very reasonable, with most meals under $15 after tips despite the large portions. Pro tips: -Best for lunch and dinner -Great for takeout or dine-in -Very clean establishment Only suggestion for improvement would be adding dessert options to their menu. Will definitely keep coming back!"

Food was delicious and the portion of the black bean noodles was pretty large for the price. Out of the three dishes I tried, the pan fried mini soup dumplings were my favourite. I definitely would come back to try other dishes!

Came for lunch with several friends. It was busy but we were seated immediately and the food came out pretty fast. I got the braised beef soup which was delicious. It was pretty spicy and packed a lot of flavour however not too spicy where you couldn’t enjoy it. The beef was extremely tender and the noodles had a nice bounce texture. Perfect during the cold weather. The pork soup dumplings were ok, not bad but not great compared to other local shops. The pan fried mini dumplings were better than the regular soup dumplings. The deep fried tofu had a nice flavour and crunch.

Hot new dumpling and noodle spot and it is worth your time and money to check out. Food: I ordered the fried noodles, beef soup noodle, steamed pork dumplings and steamed pork buns. The noodle texture was spot on and the flavours were well balanced. The dumplings were the star of the show. Hand-made flavour and the filling is so good. Try everything on the menu. Service: You order through a QR code so nothing much to say here but nothing was bad. Atmosphere: Loved the ample seating. Not great for large groups or families but still lots of space. The decor is modern and clean. Only one washroom, basically no parking on site and can get busy on certain nights and times. Price is $10-20 a person but portions are reasonable and the noodles are big enough to be shared imo.

Food is extremely yummy!! We ordered: - Spicy Braised Beef Soup Noodle - Spicy Deep Fried Tofu - Fried Bean Sauce Noodles - Pan Fried Mini Soup Dumpling Personally I didn’t get to try the beef soup noodle but the noodle textures are always so good and the fried bean sauce noodles is my personal favourite! The pan fried mini soup dumplings were okay- I suggest ordering the steamed one since the pan fried mini ones didn’t have as much soup. Although the food was enjoyable, the wait was not. We waited around 30+ minutes and it could’ve been faster if they had a better system. There were lots of people waiting because they didn’t have enough tables to fit more than two. I hope they get a bigger restaurant!

Last night was the first time I visited Bao House and have to say the food is amazing! My mom really enjoyed the texture of the noodles, dad loved the steamed dumplings, and I loved the spicy soup. I always dread drinking soups at restaurants as I get extremely thirsty when I get home and to my surprise I did not experience that at all. This goes to show the way they make their food and they do not cut corners. I will definitely go back as a regular. Service was also great and don’t get discouraged by the wait time as people come in and out very quickly so we did not have to wait long for a table. Lastly, the food is very reasonably priced and the portions are very generous.

We got the chance to try a lot of items in their menu and they all tasted wonderful. The noodles had great flavours but I feel like they were a bit too soft. The soup dumplings were bursting with flavours with every bite and they were so good. I feel like the casserole and the normal dumplings were just average but their pan fried soup dumplings were definitely a major discovery for me. The texture and the flavours were both so good, I am quite satisfied with them. The best part for me is probably their prices. With amazing flavours in their food, the prices are only around 5$ for 6 dumplings and 10$ for the bigger plates like the noodles. The portions are fantastic and compared to a lot of other restaurants, the value for the price is so much better. The service though was a bit lacking on the other hand. Even though the waitress was smiling and friendly, the other waiters all seemed grumpy and threw the food onto our tables without saying anything. The food did arrive quite rapidly though, around 5-10 minutes after we ordered. Please note that the restaurant is pretty small and pretty crowded so if you do want to avoid having to wait in line, you can try to reserve before going.
