Bang Bang Burrito

have been coming here for what over 10 years ?? loved this place until my last two visits. i entered the place 30 mins before closing when the gentlemen had told me they are already closed, i told them i had ordered through ubereats app 15mins ago and they said they cancelled my order because they did not have what i wanted in inventory... smelled like bull, but i had no choice to accept it. had a chat with management a day later about my experience and they agreed it was bull. fast forward a couple of months to last night, i made sure to get there earlier. ordered my burrito, gentleman with the beard made it for me, all is well. came home to eat and was not able to finish half of it because of a hair in my burrito. made me want to puke. unbelievable. genuinely upsetting because i loved this place.

Overall really good food with large portions that match their higher prices in comparison to other burrito restaurants. Was really quick service to order, pick toppings, then head out with friendly workers. Would recommend 100% to others.

After being many years since I’ve had a burrito from bang bang and the nostalgia from collage, I really enjoyed their burritos, hot sauces, and premium toppings! Let me start by saying service and the employee were fantastic good for making small talk and took the time to make my burrito with care! The toppings were great looked fresh and very appetizing! The thing that got me was the cleanliness of the deep fryer and burrito press… it just seems like standards slipped for cleanliness of the most used items. I had burnt black bits on my burrito and my wife wasn’t to thrilled… at a premium price for a burrito im expecting the trifecta (good service, good food and clean) I hope they take this review as a opportunity instead of a insult…. I really do enjoy their food and will be returning soon to hopefully upgrade this review!!!

Had Varun help my tonight and wow I couldn't believe the service. First time there and will NOT go any other burrito place ever again. VARUN is super customer service centric. Helping me choose what would be good on burrito bowl. Great customer interaction and recommendations, even got a personal touch about life. Great portions, great quality food. Gave some really good recommendations for my fiancee's quesadilla to make sure it didn't get soggy. He should open up a restaurant. Worth every dollar. Can't wait to go back. Also had left over for tomorrow. Happy we tried this place out.

Staff and owner were great but the food could be better. Oversalted meat and burnt tortilla. Their hot sauce would’ve made it better by masking that taste but they forgot to put it in the bag. Love that all toppings come with your order including guac.

i most definitely wont be coming here again. really not sure how this place has a 4.4 star rating? the employees were so painfully slow at making the burritos/bowls, it took 15 mins for staff to make two burrito bowls and a burrito. the sweet potato was horribly burnt, and so was my burrito. the salsa had a strange consistency and the preparation station was very messy. one large issue that i had was the fact that my burrito was $16.16 for a veggie regular size burrito. nothing fancy, no extra fees, just a burrito with veggies for $16. my friends burrito bowls were over $20 each. there was a large chunk of avocado in the burrito bowl, and a palm size piece of steak in the other. the chicken looked and tasted like canned tuna. i love to support small but sadly i cannot recommend both the atmosphere and food at bang bang.

Customer service was great and the pricing includes all the extra like guacamole. They give good portion sizes and spread the topings evenly so you get a balanced bit everywhere. The pricing was a little high but again it includes all the extras. Meat needs a little more flavor but overall was great. The best part was the amount of cheese they put, every other bit of my bowl had cheese! Perfect!

Did not have the best of experiences the first time around, so the owner was adamant I give it another shot and took great care of me. Second time around and boom! Absolutely delicious. I got the Burrito Bowl with Sweet Potatoes, Beans, Rice, Corn, Onions, Guacamole, Red Salsa, BBQ Sauce and Sweet and Sour Sauce. Everything tasted great. What's better than going to a place that has exceptional food, friendly staff, and an owner that cares about his customers' experiences? Definitely recommended!
