Baigs Grill, located on Eglinton Avenue, has set the bar incredibly high when it comes to authentic Biryanis. I had the pleasure of dining here and indulging in their Chicken Biryani, Chicken 65, and Apricot Custard – and I must say, this was an unforgettable culinary experience. The Chicken Biryani was undoubtedly the star of the show. The rice was perfectly cooked, each grain separate yet infused with rich, aromatic spices. The chicken was tender, flavorful, and melded beautifully with the subtle heat of the biryani. What stood out the most was the balance of flavors – not overly spicy, yet incredibly rich and satisfying. It’s safe to say this is the best biryani I’ve had in Ontario, and it’s hard to imagine a better one. The Chicken 65 was another masterpiece. It had just the right level of crispiness on the outside while being juicy and tender inside. The spices used in the marinade were bold and vibrant, delivering a tangy and spicy kick with every bite. Paired with their accompanying dips, this dish was an absolute delight. To finish off the meal, the Apricot Custard provided the perfect sweet ending. The creamy custard was silky smooth, complemented by the slightly tart, fruity apricot flavors. It was light yet indulgent, leaving me thoroughly satisfied without feeling heavy. The Mississauga location food is far better than the one in Brampton’s. The ambiance of Baigs Grill is warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure you have the best dining experience. Whether you’re a fan of Biryani or trying it for the first time, Baigs Grill is a must-visit spot. I can’t wait to go back and explore more of their menu. Highly recommended!

Delicious biryani. Ordered the special chicken biryani, topped with their chicken 65. It was really tasty and the serving size is gigantic. For $35 its a great bargain as it can easily feed 3 people. The service was a little off, for most of our meal the staff hid out in the kitchen and we had the entire restaurant to ourselves. Plus when I walked in, the guy at the front desk, just stared at me intensely for a couple of minutes like I had horns growing out of my head. A bit unfriendly if you ask me, but OK, whatever.

Came here to eat with my family and honestly the food was REALLY good! Wait time wasn’t insanely long yet the food portions were generous and the flavor was great! The naan and chicken 65 as well as the seekh kabob truly stood out to me, as well as the chutney. The biryani was a bit bland but it’s alright definitely something they can work on. I do like it and is one of my favorite spots here at ridgeway.

Baigs Grill is an amazing dining experience. The quality of the food is top notch. We had the mixed grill with naan and the lamb biryani. The lamb biryani was the best I’ve had in decades! The meat was so tender and flavorful. The rice had a nice little spicy kick to it but not that spicy that kids couldn’t eat it. Honestly, I haven’t had lamb biryani this good in years! The mixed grill meats all had their own unique flavor. They do serve it with their special sauce and chutneys all made in house but the meat was so flavorful that you really don’t need those. Food is generously portioned and they keep the dining area very clean and orderly as well. The service is friendly and relaxed which makes for a perfect meal.

First visit, and it was ok, not the very best, biryani, but I would say the lukmi Apollo Fish and the Chicken 65 were amazing. Biryani was ok, but not like I thought, service is friendly entire staff is super friendly ambiance is good and the milk cake at the end was mouthwash, loved that milk cake, dint try there tea Chai, may be next time. A suggestion for biryani is to try to make it more authentic and flavorful, and I will come back again. Guys, you should try their lukmi and Apollo fish highly recommended.

Ordered take out from here, called ahead. The food was ready on time and was good. Good service, and I like how they have a points system to earn free items from the menu. We ordered the special lamb biryani. The masala on the rice was a lot more and looked like it was more meat. Overall good and their biscoff milk cake is excellent.
