Bacio Trattoria

The most authentic, delicious, fresh Italian food I’ve ever had! They were so friendly and also very accommodating for my celiac disease. They made sure everything was separate for me. And the ambience was perfect, we could hear each other talk. Definitely coming again!

I was visiting Barrie with my friends and we were looking for an Italian restaurant to try, Bacio Trattoria was our option and I’m glad we found it, very friendly staff, the pizza is one of the best I’ve ever had and the pistachio ice cream was very creamy and perfect flavour. Tried this place last night with my wife. Small family run restaurant. We were warmly greeted upon entering. Great service and a cozy setting. Would recommend to turn the lighting down slightly. My wife had the Cacio Pepe and it was fantastic. I had the chicken parmigiana and it was also cooked very well. The chicken was nice and juicy with a crispy coating that didn’t pull away which is good. Pasta side dish was very tasty. I highly recommend this location for your next pasta fix

This is my new favorite restaurant in Barrie. Come here if you want authentic Italian food. I emphasis authentic because people looking for East Side Mario's and olive garden shouldn't come here. They actually cook the dishes correctly and properly as intended, utilizing simple local ingredients and actually cooking the flavours into the food, not just overloading everything with butter and sauce. On top of the food being incredible, they treat you like family here. The service is amazing and the atmosphere is lively. I am excited to visit Barrie again soon just so I can try the pizza here next. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

In my most sincere opinion I can say that the Bacio Trattoria is the only place where I feel at home because of the kind treatment of all its staff, especially the owner, who is always present and attentive to the needs of all its guests. The atmosphere is perfect for any occasion, it is as if time stops when you are here because you feel comfortable, as if you were in your own home. Adding that the food here is incredible, their pizzas have a unique flavor, the pastas are always just right, the desserts and in particular the tiramisu with its exquisite flavor that I always order before leaving. I can conclude that for those who are looking for quiet, accessible places with a wide variety of delicious food, then this is the place to visit.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Id you like authentic Italian food, you surely cannot beat this restaurant! Not only is the food delicious the service is nothing short of amazing! The most friendly staff! I have eaten here multiple times and they make you feel like you are at home with your closest family members! By far the best chicken parm I have ever had!!

We had a great experience at Bacio, the menu has so many delicious items to choose from! They offer house wine 1/2 L and 1L options, reasonably priced. The food was delicious! Generous portions as well. Friendly and attentive service. It was exactly what we needed after a day of skiing. Definitely recommend!

This place is amazing! We love it 🥰 is the place that we go for special occasions, hopefully we can make it as a more regular place, however is not cheap but you pay for what you get! We love William the chef! He is so innovating and creative with his food, he infused it with different things and taste and flavours that you can’t be bored of the same old recipes. Staff is amazing they will take care of you all the time you are there. My husband and I have been there several times and never disappointed of anything! Make sure you have an appointment as the location is small which make it more exclusive!
