Went to babaz and was craving for a sharwarma dinner plate. Ordered their chicken/biryani bowl. I'm not sure why this place gets such a high rating. I literally had a few bites and had to toss my lunch. The chicken had no juice left, almost like it's been double cooked. Also, it was extremely salty. Also, I'm not sure why it tasted like an Indian cuisine when the meal should taste more Middle Eastern. Very disappointing experience.

Used to be really good at first but over the months its gotten pretty bad. Customer service has not always been the greatest but today was the worst ive faced. Not rude but just super lazy. Chicken was barely even chopped. Large pieces not even bite sizes. The biggest problem was i saw 2 cockroaches on the counter where the food is prepared. I genuinely lost my appetite after seeing those cockroaches. I pointed it out to the worker and she didn’t looked like she cared. Lots of attitude. Not sure how the owner lets this slide but please be careful if you go here.

I don't usually write negative reviews, but I was quite disappointed by my experience. I have been to another location before in a different city. This location doesn't have a dine-in area. Service was friendly enough. My main issue was the food. The portions were so small. And key sauces like hummus and garlic were not offered as part of the chicken shawarma plate. The taste was mediocre as it didn't taste authentic. I am quite surprised by the high rating as this was what made me visit here in the first place.

Huge portions, little less with the meat. Beef was made fresh with pineapples, the reason why it's $2 more. Customer service was great as they made a second one since my first shawarma broke from too much sauce. Their tangy sauce was great too. Overall 8.7/10

Raghav served me here and provided great service. This is a small take out place and fast service. I ordered 2 shawarma plates and was a great deal on Uber. Will come again!
