One of my favourite quick-eat spots in Toronto's Financial District! Super flavourful, fast, authentic inspired Mexican food 🥑 . The menu is well thought out and not overwhelming which makes for quick service. The staff is friendly and efficient and the decor is gorgeous - certainly an elevated look for a good court location! You can find it on the upper Food Terace (food court) in First Canadian Place.

Excellent food court spot for some Mexican dining which also has halal options. Tried a couple of items including the Baja fish taco which was really good as well as the halal chicken bowl (pollo adobado milpa bowl) which was also real good. The portion sizes are also quite healthy and generous for the pricing. Recommended

This is my new favourite place. The bowls here are truly next level amazing . Delicious and fresh is an understatement. It doesn’t get any better. The attention to detail. Visited to try Azul as one of the newest Mexican spots at the First Canadian Place food court. Their Tortas were made fresh to order and had a great taste to it, as well as being a decent portion size. For the Chilorio Torta, it had a generous amount of pork shoulder which was very tender. Their bowls are also a great option, as they come with your choice of protein and are filled with a mix of toppings. Most popular bowls are the Birria Beef and Chilorio (pork shoulder) bowl. Definitely worth a visit if looking for a Mexican option in the area for a quick lunch.

So happy that there is now a good Mexican food place with reasonable prices at a food court! I had the Milpa bowl with the Chicken Adobado. It was a surprisingly excellent bowl full of different ingredients - Mexican rice, corn, guacamole, crispy tortilla strips, refried beans, queso fresco, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo. All were really good. The chicken was well marinated and so flavourful, no wonder it’s one of their most popular dishes. The tortilla for the taco was azul - unique and fun. I had the baja fish which was fried quite well, crunchy batter that wasn’t too thick, nice and thick white fish inside which was not at all dry. All the flavours blended quite well. You can ask for mild, medium or spicy salsa to go with your soft taco. The service was excellent, my order taker was super patient, kind and informative, even as I couldn’t make up my mind which items to get. I can’t wait to return and try everything on their menu, one by one.

Never expected to get the quality they offer at a food court. Got the birria torta, it was loaded with extremely tender beef and the veggies were fresh. The bun was also bakery quality. Can’t ask for much more, stoked to try the other options they offer.

The food was decent. I would go back if it wasn’t for the fact that they forgot to put guacamole in my bowl. Considering they are running a takeout place, where people don’t look at their food until they get back to their office, and the fact that guacamole is actually a pricey topping, this was really disappointing.

Located in First Canadian Place food court on the upper level. Tried it for the first time and I enjoyed my meal. Everything was fresh and well balanced. I had a milpa bowl with beef and it was tasty. Portion was just perfect for me. While I was waiting in line, a staff member (manager?) made sure I was okay and thanked me for the visit. That was a nice touch. They were giving out free drink samples and the drink with the chia seeds was amazing! I cannot wait to go back to order the drink and the dessert as well!
