I got the Jerusalem street style plate. Portion was great with chicken and beef shawarma. I also appreciated that they allowed me to swap the sides. Hummus was really smooth, creamy and flavourful. Falafels were also very good, on its own or when paired with the yogurt tahini dip for extra flavour. I later found out that they have a “Mama’s choice” plate that has shawarma, falafel and hummus - combining everything I like in one plate!

First day in Toronto, I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant! The food was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was prepared with great attention to detail, and the menu had a wonderful variety of options to suit all tastes. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch meal!

Ordered delivery again today , with the same high expectations and delicious flavours…….. Unfortunately , the food does not look anything like the last time !!!! Uber Eats has failed spectacularly, all the food is a disaster, everything is cold , mixed up, and like the delivery guy shook it all up before getting it to us . I am sure this is not how the restaurant packed the food or wanted it delivered 😖😖 I am not happy editing my review but I need to do as to bring attention to the horrendous service provided by Uber Eats resulting in no dinner for us ☹️ . I feel bad for the restaurant Ordered delivery, first time trying this restaurant and I am happy to say that they did not disappoint 😋 . Got Shish Tavook platter as well as Chicken Shawarma platter , both were delicious, tasteful and plenty !!! They were kind enough to substitute Fattoush salad for one of the dishes. It’s fairly new at the Queen west location, a definite must try 👌

I have come here a few times, both alone and with friends, and each time is great! Their platters are consistently delicious and made fresh. Prices are reasonable. You pay at the front, get a buzzer, then you can wait until your food is ready to pick up. I have tried a few types of their platters, and the meat is halal and perfectly cooked. I love their fresh pita, toum, and crispy fries as well. There is self serve for water if you dine in. It is an open kitchen so you can watch the food being prepared. Tables and booths are comfy and clean. The owner and the servers are also very friendly.

This is a good place to grab a quick lunch or dinner. Due to its location it attracts many people who want to have a quick bite. We enjoyed our meal here and the atmosphere was also nice. The owner is a hands on person and makes sure to engage with all the guests. The quality of food is excellent and the portions are generous.

Claiming 'Toronto's best falafel' is bold, but pretty accurate! This falafel was dope, pleasantly extremely authentic, crispy yet fluffy with solid aromatic flavors and no excessive oil etc. I also super dig this joint, love the vibe and decor. The only thing that could be worked on is the hot sauce, the consistency is awesome and it’s more of a paste but literally tastes like tomatoe paste. Support local businesses!

Azkadenya is a fantastic Mediterranean restaurant that exceeded our expectations. My wife and I tried the mixed grill, and it was absolutely delicious – the flavors were perfectly balanced, and each bite was a delight. The atmosphere was charming, creating a cozy and inviting dining experience. Additionally, the staff were well-behaved and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a wonderful place to enjoy a meal, and we highly recommend it!
