The service here was really good. They were very welcoming with all smiles which isnt usually what you get at nigerian establishments. Again, I honestly loved how welcoming they were. The food portion was really good especially for the price point which is also the lowest I have seen for amala among nigerian restaurants. The amala had alot of meat and was delicious. I would definitely order again from here whenever I am in Toronto.

Excellent Amala and gbegiri/beans with ewedu/jute leaves soup. The Amala was sizzling and the meat (fuku, edo and shaki) divine!

I must admit, I drove for about an hour to reach this location. The food was delicious 👍😋👌, reminding me of home cooking by Mama. The dish was flavorful yet not spicy, and I would rate this place 9/10. I will definitely visit again in the future, wherever I might be in Westend.

The service is the best of the best. The food? Oh my goodness, I guarantee you that it tastes way better than your expectations. I had to come back and buy three times more food than I got the previous time.

My recent visit to Ayoka Ade African Restaurant was an absolute delight from start to finish. As soon as I stepped inside, I was greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere, reminiscent of the traditional buka style dining experience from Nigeria. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the amala, which transported me back to the authentic flavors of home. Paired with rich and flavorful gbegiri and ewedu, every bite was delicious. My kids thoroughly enjoyed their pounded yam with egusi and efo riro as well. What truly set Ayoka Ade apart was the exceptional hospitality of the owner. Her kindness and attentiveness made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our entire dining experience. It is evident that she is passionate about her business, and providing excellent service. I noticed that *winks* Ayoka Ade African Restaurant exceeded all expectations, offering not only delicious food but also a warm and welcoming environment that felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to experience the authentic tastes of Nigeria in a cozy and friendly setting. I will visit again and again. I'm a shameless foodie 😍

Very good food and well portioned ration but as with all Nigerian restaurants in the GTA over priced . The owner is respectful which is very important to Nigerians and the food is served fresh hot from the kitchen. Try the beans and bead combo
