Food is great here and that’s why I’m continuously coming here but no offence, customer service is the worst. There is new option for the Live Ragda Pani-Puri and the guy who is there at the stall is having no idea about how line ups and waitings works. No only just me but he would not acknowledge anyone whoever would try to approach him. We were in line for like good 20 minutes and he was having 2 cx at the counter and he was playing that favouritism game where he would get extra stuff for those customers and taking forever to let them go. Very funny, that we got our other food before than it was pur turn. Guess what? We had to leave the line because our other food was sitting on the table for a long time. I believe there is shortage of staff but the manager /owner has to the better job. Every other things in terms of food were good but chole bature is not recommended from here. Please choose the take out over Dinning in option because it will protect your experience in the restaurant.

So I’m not every day eater of this kind of food it’s like once in a very while I love it as expected. The food is delicious. Points are based on cleanliness quality of food, and the person (Nandan) who served me was very helpful and suggestive. I enjoyed it spiciness And the freshness of the food I bought a thaali for under $12. That comes with for tiny rottis, Pappad, sweet and buttermilk. Thanks for the delicious food. I enjoyed it.

We ordered cheese masala toast sandwich, along with other food. But sandwich was smelling too bad as potatoes were stale. When we complained about it, the guy with specs talked rudely. He didn't have any sense to talk with customers. We waited more than 1 hour for our food, sales person doesn't give response. No one in our group will come here. Waste of money and time. Not recommended at all

Usually don't go to this place because I don't like mediocre food. Only time i go here is when everything else is closed or too far away since this is close to home. Placed an order today (just 1 mix veg paratha) on the phone guy told me to come in 20-25 mins. Went to the store after 20 mins or so and the order wasn't ready and I was told to wait 10 more minutes. Had to wait about 30 more minutes before I could finally get the order and this wasn't the worse part. The worse part is that its uneatable the paratha dough is still raw (refer pics). Even if i say thats okay even restaurant makes mistakes, but then also the amount of yogurt (which is usually super diluted to begin with) given was half of usual? What’s going on? If i had ordered delivery I would probably think the driver had some of it. That’s insane! Ordered some dahi puri while i was waiting it wasn’t fresh but At least eatable and made on time, but again very very mediocre food. Overall a horrible experience. Not visiting again. Their Usp is just cheap food, in one of the busiest intersection in the city near indian supermarket. But ignorance is bliss when it comes to this restaurant.

My parent’s liked the pani puri so much that I had to take them twice here. Haven’t tried much dishes but sev puri and ragda pattice were good as well. I’m glad they have live counter for pani puri similar feeling to back home.

I went to atithi after long time. It was great to see that they newly renovated it and now they have live pani puri center too. I had puff and dabeli. Both were amazing. They still have the same taste that they had before. Loved it. Just one thing I didn’t like was they took more than 20 min to make puff and dabeli.
