Saw the sign from the road "5$ pasta / cheese wheel" and I was sold ! 👌 this place is a true gem. Best pasta I have ever had. I tried the fettuccine with spicy hot sauce 😋 added truffle mushroom and broccoli 🥦 . It was absolute perfection. Enjoyed the cool music !

I ordered the Rome pasta through catering (HungerHub) at work, and unfortunately, it didn't meet expectations. The pasta was overcooked to the point of falling apart, with none of the firmness or texture you'd expect from a fresh fettuccine noodle. The roast beef was essentially just chopped deli meat, lacking the depth of flavor you'd anticipate. The sauce tasted like it was straight out of a jar. If you're craving authentic Italian cuisine, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. This dish felt more like something a college student might throw together with random fridge leftovers.

Fresh pasta was incredible. Fairly simple menu You pick Your pasta shape (fettuccine or rigatoni) Then you pick your sauce Tomatoes, spicy tomatoes or basil pesto Then you can add your veggie or meat options. The pasta is swirled around in the Parmesan wheel making it so creamy,cheesy and delicious. We sat out and ate our fresh pasta.

By far the best and freshest pasta in town, the taste of pasta takes you to Italy, large portions at a decent price. On top of everything, hand crafted by Ahmed, he is so charming and dedicated to the business, we loved his service and hospitality. Don’t go anywhere else until you go here ! This place is incredible ! It is authentic, small and fresh ! We had been looking for something like this in Toronto for a long time. We ordered 3 different pastas, each were different and amazing. Their pasta sauces are incredible. Obviously perfectly cooked as well. We also got the cesare salad and that was almost amazing. Hoping for amazing success for the owner. Grazie Mille !

Loved this place they had great fresh pasta and sauces. Its FULLY HALAL!! The roast beef is really good. We tried shrimp with pesto, roast beef with spicy tomato sauce, chicken with tomato sauce. Its a good portion too and pretty heavy especially the pesto. Theres seating enough for 3 groups max

This was our first time eating at Atelier Pasta, and it’s probably the best pasta I’ve had in a long time. It was also very cool seeing our pasta being put on a parmesan wheel. Both of the pastas were freshly made and the prices were reasonable as the size portion of the meal was big. I definitely recommend this place to people who want to choose what kind of sauce and toppings goes on their pasta. I will definitely be coming back to this place in the future!

One of the best places in Downtown that I've been to. Honestly other than the food, I loved the entire experience of it. You choose your pasta, the sauce and toppings, and then the entire food is prepared just for you. The food tastes great and I would totally recommend it to all Pasta lovers. Heads up that the place does not have a lot of seating so you might have to wait a bit, but it's totally worth the wait. My personal favorite is the Pesto Basil Sauce with Grilled Chicken and Sun Dried Tomatoes.
