I recently visited Asian Gourmet and let me tell you, it was a complete disappointment. If you're expecting delicious Asian cuisine, this is not the place for you. Instead of the succulent chicken in sauce that I ordered, I was served fried bread drenched in some kind of unappetizing sauce. When I finally got a taste of the chicken, I was appalled - it didn't taste anything like what I had ordered. After checking several other pieces of chicken, I realized that there was barely any chicken in the dish at all! When I asked the person at the counter about the ingredients, he completely ignored me and pretended not to understand what I was saying. I then requested to have my order replaced with something else from the menu, but he started yelling at me! When the security guard approached, I explained the situation and told him that I paid for chicken, not bread. The manager was nowhere to be found, and the issue remained unresolved. The customer service was terrible, and I would strongly advise anyone against dining at this establishment. Save yourself the trouble and look for somewhere else to satisfy your cravings for Asian cuisine. Trust me, you won't regret avoiding this disappointing excuse for a restaurant.

The worst place to buy food They don’t understand English only speak Chinese my Wife asked for chicken soup make it spicy and they charged her extra meat and there’s no extra meat and we did not ask for extra meat and then they give us spicy Shanghai noodle when we asked for regular Shanghai noodle and they even charge for plastic bag so How do you Carry a food to go I don’t know what kind of business they’re running they should be closed down

Food is OK and tasted like any other but does not provide proper condiments or they were out of stock. The food Manu does not show the combo prices, which they sale all day long. Little confused, as it was little difficult to communicate with the server and cashier regarding their prices.

Really bad spot, avoid if possible. The workers are openly picking at the food behind the glass and eating it without gloves. This is the same food they scoop into containers and sell. Hands were not washed between putting food into their mouth and serving the next customer. Visit if you are okay with unsafe food practices.

I had a noodles and eggplant, the eggplants are great and fat. It was freshly made so I picked it. For a food court, you can't complain.

Good portion and good pricing. It wasn't sizzling hot but it was good enough to have lunch; actually a big lunch. The lady served me was smiling and gave me extra meat and hot sauce. For a first timer, I will be back to try other menu items, but it was a good experience, hope to get better next time.
