Everyone was so kind! And their sandwiches are to die for. The long fermentation time for the focaccia makes the bread so soft. And they rotate some sandwiches seasonally, so there's always something to look forward too. Whoever developed the sandwiches has an amazing sense of taste, all the flavours go so well together.

For once this is a restaurant that is Not over hyped! Their sandwiches, especially the bread is absolutely amazing. We have not had one sandwich that has been disappointing. Honestly probably the best sandwiches I have ever had.

Small little shop that has all your sandwich/pasta/takeaway needs! With artisan items on the shelves for you to take home and enjoy. I had one of their daily sandwiches as well as an iced Americano. The coffee was perfect. The sandwich, splendid, the spice to salt ratio was just what my taste buds were looking for. There is seating outdoors and if you’re lucky to grab a seat then you can enjoy the vibes of the people walking around you and the opposing stores displaying their welcoming signs. I’m not from Hamilton but the next time I stop by I’ll definitely be back for another bite.

If you're looking for a fresh, soft and flavourful sandwich (with or without meat), you need to try this place out! Today was my first (and definitely not my last) visit here. Everyone was so super friendly and you felt an energy of 'family' when you entered. I've always been a fan of supporting local non-chain places so this very much feeds my love for small businesses. You won't be disappointed by the variety of fresh baked goods. I figure if you are going to be willing to spend money on a gourmet sandwich at Fortino's, you won't regret what you get here. This time I got a mortadella sandwich... Who knows what's next!

Great coffee, fresh deli sandwiches and much more. The staff is friendly. This is a nice place to pop in and grab something on the go or pick up something to treat the people you care about. I had a drip coffee, and mortadella sandwich. There’s fresh pasta made in house along with a bunch of other daily and weekly additions to the menu. If you’re in the area give them a try. We made a nice Sunday morning of it and we’ll be back to sample more of the menu. Hope you enjoy.

Amazing freshly made sandwiches that range from $11-$16, which are pretty filling. They have two specials every day, and their a regular set of sandwiches they serve daily. Fresh bread, handful of baked goods, coffee and other pantry items available, including fresh pasta.

Amazing little bakery/pantry offering up fresh baked goods and ready to eat sandwiches, along with take home fresh made pastas, sauces, and a curated selection of other goods. Sandwiches are made on fresh baked bread with good quality ingredients and topping combinations. The perfect afternoon snack for a stroll down locke. Staff is friendly and you can tell there is a high attention to care and quality here.
