As someone from Burlington visiting family for New Year’s, I wasn’t sure where to eat since my usual spot was closed. Lucky for me, Arizona Grill & Lounge came through in the best way possible! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt so genuine and welcoming. It strikes that perfect balance of being vibrant and upbeat without being overwhelming. My waitress, Julia, was a total star—polite, attentive, and genuinely friendly. She made me feel right at home. The food? Amazing. Whether you’re craving something hearty or just a light bite, their menu has something for everyone, and the flavors didn’t disappoint. Pair that with the sleek yet cozy vibes of the space, and it’s a whole experience. If you’re in the area and looking for a place that’s fun yet sophisticated, Arizona Grill & Lounge is 100% worth a visit. You might just find yourself a new favourite spot—just like I did!

An overall average experience. Veggie was tasty but crunchy. Wings were average. Service was slow for a Sunday night with not much to do. Servers are overdressed and too prettied up for this gig. Beer was flat. Ordered a can. Find another place to go to unless this is the only one open. Which was our case. I do not recommend.

Excellent Canadian Burger. It seems to be hand formed - really hard to come across a “tender” burger that’s also got barely any pink inside. I’ll definitely come back for this one. Love the fries too.

It's an okay place. The atmosphere and service could be improved. A good deep cleaning of the place would help. And more personable and attentive servers would help too. As for the food. It's okay. The filet bites were good, but overcooked. The kale salad was a nice size and the addition of chicken, while pricey to add chicken, was worth the addition. And it is nice that they are open late and serve food late. The late hours make this a good option for those with a late night crave or for those who work late and desire something better and fresher than fast food. Overall. It's an okay place.

A spelling mistake on the menu should have been the first red flag. No free refills on the flat fountain pop. $3.00 for a tiny dollop of guacamole. The tortilla for my grease infused fish taco was burnt. The tacos were dressed as if they were throwing the toppings like basketballs into the net. The fries.. reminds me of Costco fries, which was the only saving grace of this meal. I opted for here over Thai food. I'm very disappointed. I drive past this restaurant every Saturday 5 times a day. I was looking forward to Tex-Mex dinner here. Now I'm leaving nauseated. My friend's chicken fettuccine had an aromatic scent that was not pleasing to the nose. I had to hold in my post meal projectile. Also, the table was quite sticky. The hostess was pleasant.

Took very good care of a group of 20 at 1 AM on a Wednesday night. Waitstaff went above and beyond to accommodate us. I cannot say enough good things about the employees at this establishment!

It was our first time here as we were staying in a nearby hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by this lounge. Our service was prompt, flawless and friendly. The food was good and as expected. They have a delicious sausage appetizer and the oysters were reasonably priced and fresh. No complaints at all as we had a great experience and would return again.
