AMAZING!! CLASSIC DINER. I'm very happy I found this gem.. I reminds me of the diners I went to as a kid. Blueberry pancakes, thick bacon, rye toast.. I'm in heaven. Great prices, friendly welcoming staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

It was great. I had not been here since 1987, and the food was exactly as I remembered it. Some of the same people still there, and friendly folks as ever. My server was great and personable, so zero complaints from this guy. Go there, have some good old home cooking and enjoy yourself!

I'm definitely a bit biased because I've been coming here since I was a little kid, but the fact that I keep coming back is not just nostalgia. The food is great with amazing prices. The atmosphere is wonderful, classic diner feel. But most importantly is the family and the service they provide. Always kind, respectful, and happy to see their customers. There is never an off day with them. Needless to say, whenever I come back to Toronto I love getting some Aris place grub (notably the banquet burger)!

Had breakfast here last weekend, great food and friendly environment. I had the big breakfast with pancakes, pancakes were very fluffy and light. One miss for me was fresh juice, but would still come back either way when close by. Do recommend!

A great place to satisfy your breakfast cravings in a nice, diner style. The breakfast menu has tons of options including vegetarian and you’re bound to find something to your liking. I enjoyed the omelette with feta and spinach. It was perfectly done. Service is fast and friendly. The interior gives off a classical diner vibe with old music. Very relaxing. I only wish they would have more coffee options to include non dairy. Otherwise give it a try if you’re in the neighborhood.

This is the diner we’ve been looking for in Toronto. The food is the perfect diner food, the service is quick and kind and the interior is charming and big enough so you don’t have to wait. I will come back again and again. Plus, the home fries are top tier!
