Archibald's Neighbourhood Pub

Brought here by chance and glad we did. We were greeted by the bartender and found a booth. Even though our server was a newbie, they were both polite, and friendly. Food came out hot and full. Flavours of the food were as expected which is what we were looking for. We will definitely be back.

We ate here four times in the past four weeks, but will not return. The service was very good; the wait staff was always friendly. On our second visit, one pizza we ordered came out with the wrong toppings. It wasn’t terrible and we were hungry, so we ate it as is. During our most recent visit, our steak sandwich was quite underdone. We don’t like sending food back as a rule, but we couldn’t eat it like that. We requested that they throw it back on the grill. When they brought it back out, it was obviously microwaved. The buns were steaming hot and the meat had a bad taste to it. We decided to eat the French fries and skip the sandwich. The manager heard us talking about it and apologized, removed it from our bill, and offered us something else. They did everything right in terms of trying to make things better. Despite the good customer service, we won’t return as to us it’s not worth the gamble that the kitchen will get things right or do things properly. It’s a shame.

It was an amazing experience!! I had my bday over here. And every Friday night, they have Karoke night! Our Waiter was also amazing. She was very polite and fun! Only thing I would say was that washroom was bit dirty lol but seriously everything else was amazing 👏

I enjoyed the food at this small bar a few weeks ago with some friends. Our waiters were extremely friendly, but a little slow. I know they were busy though, so I did not complain. The great customer service made the experience enjoyable I would definitely go back

Half price wings on Wednesday is a must and go there for their $10 burger deals. Love the dark pub feel as if we're back in London but not as packed. The servers are friendly and absolutely amazing. Their Irish nachos is one of a kind....think

Don’t recommend this place at all! Food quality was really low for all the items we ordered. Our pizza was burnt so we returned it after we had a slice and the cook told our server since we ate some of it they won’t change it for us!!! So we had to eat a burnt pizza because we had to pay for it regardless. My friend’s sandwich (I think the French onion steak) had so much fat that he couldn’t finish even finish half of his sandwich. We went there when there was live music which was also very mediocre.
