What a stupid ordering system. You order at your seat in the lounge. I thought they were still opened and ordered (and paid for) a drink, only to have a waiter come and tell me they are closed and I needed to request a refund in their system and wait 5-7 days for it. I asked why they would accept orders when closed and he said the app accepts orders 24/7! How could they not have fixed that yet??

Great open restaurant at Toronto airport. Open place to sit and enjoy. Every table has multiple charging spots, food can be ordered from table, great food options. Great service..lounge like experience..

My girlfriends and I dined in at the Pearson airport at apropos and our server was Shazad. We were so pleased with his service and his positive and warm attitude! 10/10 experience

While my and my mom’s meals were very good (especially the chai) my dad’s burrito couldn’t even be called a burrito it was so bad. In fact both my dad and my mom commented that the “burrito” item should probably be either removed from the menu, or at the very least thoroughly re-assesed. Despite the bad food the service more than made up for it. Our original server was very sweet and when my dad told them that he was not satisfied with his food another server named Cassandra came over to talk to us and handled the situation very professionally and kindly. She was incredibly understanding and because we needed to board our flight she actually ran to get us extra snacks for the flight to make up for the food! Overall the experience was very very good, one of us was displeased with the food but the stellar service more than made up for it! Thank you Cassandra!

The food was good and it was ready fast, but there seems to be a basic lack of understanding by the staff regarding how the ordering technology works. Since the "ipads were switched" at the table, the server made me complete the order twice. And even though the debit terminal said "approved" she assured me that it wasn't because it hadn't submitted to the kitchen. She made me submit the order again and pay again, assuring me that the first charge would be voided. Well, of course, it did not. Now, since their customer service number is "not assigned", I have to go through Pearson customer service instead. What a pain.

Do not order the YYZ Chicken Sandwich. It comes as a big chicken nugget between two pieces of bread, plus a side of salad drenched with the grossest, strongest, garlic acid you’ll ever taste.

I sat down, ordered, and paid. I was a little confused as to what I should do next. I didn't see any servers, or even where the food would come from. I finally saw a couple of ladies working on the side of an island and asked. They explained the food would be brought to me. I was running tight for my connection so I was getting antsy. There weren't really servers to talk to and let them know I was in a bit of a rush. In the end, my shrimp salad showed up. It was what I expected. 5 breaded shrimp, some greens, and a little bit of Italian dressing. The price was quite high for what I received... but no Tip was requested! That was a first.
