Disappointing Experience with Rude Staff I had a really unpleasant experience at this takeout restaurant. The staff was rude from the start and seemed like they couldn’t care less. They didn’t pay attention to my order and I ended up waiting an unusually long time for my food. It was clear from their expressions that they were annoyed and didn’t want to be there. To top it off, they failed to warn me that the food was extremely hot. I ended up burning my hand badly when I picked it up, which caused the food to spill everywhere. Overall, the lack of professionalism and care was shocking.

I recently visited Apple spice, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I had called twice to confirm my order and the pickup time for 5:30, but when I arrived at 5:40, my order was still not ready. The person who took my order had an incredibly rude attitude. Instead of acknowledging the delay, they insisted that I should have called to confirm again, despite the fact that I had already done so. This level of customer service was frustrating and unprofessional. I expected a much better experience, especially after confirming everything beforehand. I won’t be returning anytime soon

I recently ordered and tried their butter chicken patties, chicken and shrimp pasta, and mutton kotturoti. Everything was delicious and packed with flavor! Each dish had its own unique twist that made the meal memorable. Highly recommend checking this place out for a satisfying takeout experience!

The food is delicious! Would definitely recommend their chicken pasta (in rose sauce), chicken wings (house spice), butter chicken patties and fish cutlets! Normally takes 20-30min for food to be prepared but the taste is definitely worth the wait!

Some of their menu items taste really good, for example, there are pastas. For their chicken pastas I don't like the chicken they use, It tastes a little rubbery as if it's dry. It's not tender meat. However, the sauce combination and flavors they have for different pastas are great! Also, sometimes the food takes a long time for it to come out depending on how busy it is

Excellent interpretation of Sri Lankan Tamil snacks. Highly recommend. I needed munchies for a trip and thought to stop by this place based on recommendations. I got mutton rolls, fish cutlets, and chili fries. Mutton rolls were 9/10. The filling was sincere, good concentration of mutton chunks. Filling was saucy unlike some other places which dry out the filling unfortunately. Fish cutlets were good. Appetizing piscine essence burts out once you crunch into a medallion. Probably tuna, and a good spice balance. Chilli fries are impeccable. Seasoned just right, right texture, and garnished with chillis, onions, and ranch sauce. The staff were friendly. They took time with the order but they delivered quality. Among the Tamil cuisine takeout places, this place ranks in the upper quantiles. Confident in their quality, I'll come back for hot entrees.

Went here for lunch and had some vegan options. The food was incredible! My favourite was the vegan chili chicken kothu and the chili fries. Also tried the beyond meat roll, veggie fried rice, Singapore noodles, veg cutlets and spring rolls. Wait time was estimated to be 25 minutes but ended up being 45 mins, so definitely order ahead. Prices are very cheap and food is delicious!

I ordered from here for my birthday today. 2x Pepper Chicken Patty, 2x Chilli Chicken Kothu, 1x Mutton Kothu, 2x Veggie Kothu, 1x Canadian Delight Pasta Penne. The food was amazing!!! It was delicious, flavoruful and customized as requested! They ran out of the Pepper chicken patties so they called to ask if we wanted something else instead so I went with the Butter Chicken Patty. I felt that there wasn't enough chicken in the patty. Also, it took a long time to get the order but that's okay because I know they were making the food fresh and it was a large order!
