More taste. Less waste. Plant based. Apothecary Kitchen produces whole-foods, plant-based, zero-waste meals that heal. Our delicious soups, stews and strata jars all boast 5 servings of irresistibly prepared vegetables, pulses and whole grains, seasoned to perfection. All of our meals are sold in Mason Jars which we gladly buy back, sterilize and reuse. Our menu changes weekly. Apothecary has quickly become my go-to spot for clean, nourishing, and flavorful meals. From the moment we arrived, several staff members warmly checked in on us. My fiancé couldn’t stop raving about their cornbread muffins—so after witnessing this emotional love affair, I decided to order a large batch for our Christmas gathering which they were more than happy to accommodate on short notice. During my pickup, I had the opportunity to meet the owner who was not only incredibly passionate about their work but also eager to share insights into their craft. It was clear that they had a deep knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for what they do, making the experience even more lovely!

Here in Hamilton for a hockey tournament for my son. Needed a healthy pregame meal and we hit the mark with Apothecary. Chicken Caesar wrap and Veggie wrap- amazing tasting ingredients and a delicious meal. Soup fantastic and perfect temperature. Will definitely be back when we are in the area!👍

WOW! Just wow!!! I came here with two of my friends and we deeply enjoyed the entire experience! Incredible food!! What a nourishing meal, everything felt so healing and satisfying. Amazing flavours, textures, selection … all of it was A1. Very fair prices too!! And the ingredients are mostly from the other vendors at the market, so lots of local and organic produce is used! Love that!! The owner is a very kind and welcoming person who made us all feel right at home. I will absolutely be back!!

Great spot for healthy food. Kid friendly, vegan options. My 9 year old got the mushroom fusilli and loved it. My soup was nourishing. Friendly staff and quick service. It’s at the back of the market and there were lots of other vegan options around it as well. I would come back again.

The food is spectacular. I did the cell reset. I can’t say enough good things about it. It was for five days. All the food was delivered. There were 50 vegetables in the five days of food and it tasted fabulous. The evening zoom calls were so helpful for staying focussed and not veering off the five day reset. You can just feel how all the food is made with tender loving care. It has inspired me to cook better and more consciously, and I am hooked on these soups!!! Thank you

The soups are so delicious and healthy. They’re great to stock up on, and I love that you can return the mason jars with a new purchase for $1 each. Kristy and her team are so passionate about plant based living and are lovely!

Stopped in at the Hamilton Farmer’s Market for a quick lunch, pleasantly surprised by the options At Apothecary Kitchen. Kristy (owner) suggested an off-menu (new!) item Cosmic Rainbow Hand Salads (wrap). I opted to go with this and a small mushroom soup, despite how filling she mentioned the wrap would be. The wrap had amazing fresh flavours, a nice amount of garlic (which I love), veggies and a delicious raw spirulina wrap. I didn’t even miss the meat protein. Could not finish in one sitting. Soup was delicious, creamy and included good sized mushroom pieces. Nice portion for a “small”. Both lunch items were satisfying and light, perfect for a work lunch that won’t make you want to take a nap! Happy this is steps from my office, I will be back!

Truly some of the best soups we have ever had! Tasty, full of plant-based nutrition with flavours that are balanced to perfection - Kristy's soups are a staple in our household. And yes, we LOVE partnering with Apothecary Kitchen as a vendor for our NuttyHero 12 Nut & Seed Butters. Keep up the great work Kristy! We are excited to visit again soon :)
