Anokhi - Inspired Indian Dining

The food was very delicious and Vanshika nature was very good she was polite she was , friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making great recommendations. The service was prompt, and they ensured that all our needs were met throughout the meal. Overall, their professionalism and positive attitude greatly enhanced our dining experience.

Recently visited Anokhi on Boxing day.very bad experience where the plates were very old and water was filled in the bottle with no caps (Not sure how long it has been lying on the table for longer time)And most importantly whatever we ordered they were saying that food is not available(that includes the basic gobimanchurian) and the tandoori full which we ordered they had only half the quantity. when we asked for kids meal they had no options and the fries which we order was substandard. Nothing was available in the restaurant and they replied saying yesterday was Christmas so we were handling huge orders and we are out of stock on most of the ingredients. Lastly when we said we are leaving they said we prepared tandoori half can u take it as to go since it is our kitchen rule!!! Pathetic too the core and frustrated with the service. I suggest anyone not to go to this restaurant.

Average food, ordered dahi kebab, salad & malai paneer tikka for starters. Pathetic salad for $8-9, 2 measly pieces of capsicum & onion sides that we normally throw out at home accompanied the tikkas. The 2 chutneys alongside were the most 'delicious' items on our table that day but the quantity was not enough for the portion served & the containers were most inconvenient to use. Nothing fine about the place, worn out crockery being used, cold plates, had to ask for spoons.....I think the place was in sleep mode after supposedly a hectic weekend. But it cannot be an excuse - if you are open & charge what you do - you must put your best forward! Disappointed.🫤

I had my surprise birthday party organized by my wife here, while the food ranged from average to good, the service was truly exceptional. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. We were served by Vandana who was very helpful and provided excellent service. The ambiance was pleasant, and the overall atmosphere made the evening enjoyable.

Undoubtedly the best Indian food that we have had in Canada. Very authentic, rich in flavour and excellent portion sizes. The service was great and all staff were well trained and attentive. Nandini did an outstanding job and gave us great recommendations off the menu. Definitely going to be one of our favourite restaurants to visit. 👌🥇

This restaurant was in a pretty bad area for a fine dining place but, don’t judge a book by the cover because the interior was absolutely gorgeous with a whole seating area right at the bar which also had stars on the roof like a Rolls Royce. We ordered the Nali Nihari which is an amazing goat curry. This nihari was super good, with the tender chunk of meat on the goat leg. The curry also so much flavour and a little kick to bring it up an extra star. You can also suck the bone marrow of the leg which tasted amazing! It was so creamy and buttery. Also, it literally melts in your mouth with this garlic taste. Must try. I also had the virgin colada which is alright with a good taste of coconut but it had pineapple essence which I didn’t really like. My mom also got a daal Dhaba and jeera rice which she said was pretty good. Overall, I would give this a 5 stars out of 5 stars.

Amazing place and food flavours! Received 5 star service from Sumeet! Her recommendations were worth it! We loved the Nalli Roganjosh and Malai Chicken. The Amritsari Macchi was so good too. I highly recommend this place! Also, I appreciate my last minute request to wish my husband a happy birthday was accommodated. Thank you!
