As a patron for over 3 years since the day I moved into the Annex neighborhoods, there is no better place to enjoy not only friendly and courteous staff, but some of the best cuisine in the City, ranging from the incredible smash burgers, pizza, fried chicken sandwiches and mains such as the chicken parm and great appetizers. If your looking for a spot to enjoy amazing food, drinks, good atmosphere and great staff there is no better spot to experience the annex neighborhood. From karaoke, live music to cuisine and awesome staff this is the spot. -Mikey

Annex Social is a sleeper brunch spot that you didn't know about, that you entirely should know about. Run by some of the sweetest and most friendly staff, the star of this place are their brunch dishes that are absolutely unreal. We had a large spread of dishes, but each were phenomenal especially their homemade garlic sauce. Unbelievable and definitely worth trying out.

Amazingly delicious pub style food. Everything is just perfection. Flavours are out of this world. Homemade hot sauces are incredible (so much variety!). Ordered the nachos and green Chile cheese burger with the beyond meat patty. Their nachos are so tasty and the sauces are generous. The coleslaw was the best I’ve ever had! Would definitely recommend coming in for dinner and drinks. It’s more than just a watering hole.

Came here with some co-workers for dinner and the majority of us were not terribly impressed. We made reservations and had an "early" (I say early because by the time we left there were more patrons as it seemed more like a bar than a restaurant) dinner start at 5:15. With the exception of a few tables on the patio, we were really the only ones there initially. Two of our party arrived late and were not served menus or water glasses. Our party asked for 2 more glasses and water but it never came. One of us had to go to the bar to get them. By the time the waitress came to take our drink order, we already knew what we wanted for food. During the majority of our waiting, there was someone pounding away on furniture with a hammer and staple gun. Why repairing or reupholstering furniture at dinner time on a Friday night was a priority I don't know but it was distracting to our conversation. Service took a very long time for everything, drinks, food, bill etc. We had another venue to get to by 7 and we had to push our arrival back by 45 minutes because everything took so long. Most of us got the fish and chips and it looked nice and crispy. Sadly, I did not or my food rating might have been higher. I'm not a spice person so opted out of the spicy additions to the house nachos. My nachos came out cold and were quite disappointing. The others at the table agreed that while it wasn't terrible, they'd be hard pressed to find a reason to return. Since the majority of the reviews here are very positive, perhaps it was just an off night.

We had a fantastic lunch sitting street side. The staff were really welcoming and friendly. They were able to serve us quickly as we had a bit of a time crunch. All of the portions were generous and delicious! Especially loved the fries! Margarita was 10/10 - my only complaint is it was too small :) More content on Instagram @linreviews

I believe it’s fairly new place, hence was not crowded, which I liked. I wanted to have something light for dinner, so went for their Nachos. But little did I know I was going to have the biggest portion of Nachos I ever had and it was sooo delicious, considering it’s made in house. Definitely worth checking out their Nachos!

This restaurant is amazing! Food is completely tasty and fresh. I ordered a burger with fries, Mexican corn and honey garlic wings which made me quite impressed! They also have vegetarian food. It’s completely renovated, has a cozy patio and awesome vibe. Moreover, the staff is really friendly! Definitely a must see spot!
