Had an incredible dinner at Anna Maria Trattoria! Staff was very attentive and friendly throughout the whole meal, especially our server Maria. She made everyone at our table feel so welcome and made sure that we had everything we needed at all times. Overall, great dining experience with warm and relaxing atmosphere and delicious food and excellent staff. Would definitely recommend for your next occasion!

My experience at Anna Maria Trattoria was pretty good overall. I went for lunch on a Friday and I was the only person in the restaurantv which was fine by me. I had the fried calamari to start and it was pretty good. For my main I had grilled veal with veggies. The dish was just okay. I thought the veal was a little bit bland and it seemed like the veggies were actually deep fried. They were soaking in oil, I could be wrong but I didn't love them. They had an excellent hot pepper oil though which was great with the bread. For dessert I had tiramisu and that was probably the highlight of the meal. It's made in house and it was very good. I'll definitely come back and try the place again but will order something different.

Tucked in a corner and busy due to the amazing food. Fresh pasta with authentic flavors from Italy. 2nd visit in and worth coming back again and again. Bruschetta, shrimp app, and linguine with chicken and shrimp in a brandy peppercorn sauce. A pasta dish that’s not heavy but full of flavor

We hosted our family's Thanksgiving celebration at Anna Maria Trattoria, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. The food was absolutely outstanding—each dish was flavorful, fresh, and prepared to perfection. The service was phenomenal, with the staff being incredibly attentive, hospitable, and ensuring every detail was taken care of. What made the experience truly special was the extra touch of hospitality. The owner even prepared treat bags for the children, which added such a thoughtful and personal touch to our celebration. It’s rare to find a place that not only offers exceptional food but also creates a genuine family atmosphere. We are so grateful for how Anna Maria Trattoria helped make our Thanksgiving memorable, and we highly recommend it for any gathering or special occasion!

This restaurant never disappointed me. Every time we went, the quality of the food and services were always above and beyond expectations. The noodles were always nicely cooked with texture, the meats were always perfectly cooked to your preference and their tiramisu were always moist. You will not find any other tiramisu that are better than what they served. It is something we must order along with their espresso to end an excellent meal.

Loved this place! Brought me back to Italy, didn’t even feel like I was in Toronto. Ambiance: From the old school, but fancy, decor, to the oil paintings, to the tiny bar and the mom & pop feel, I loved the ambiance of this place. It honestly felt so European and I loved it - made me forget about my life for a bit and took me away. Food: 4.5/5 - I asked for a recommendation and got the house made gnocchi with the meat (veal) sauce. It was fantastic and will definitely be back again one day when I’m in the area for this. It truly was a delicious meal. A little on the pricier side, but worth it. Service: 5/5 - very kind and attentive waitress, who I assume might be the owner! Overall, loved it and looking forward to having this again one day.

One of my favourite Italian restaurants in Vaughan! The food is incredible and the portions are generous. We celebrated my parents’ birthdays here on two separate occasions and both times were great. Definitely pay them a visit if you’re in the area. This place is so good! Shout out to Victoria for always providing great service :)
