Ordered butter chicken on rice. Got only butter chicken and no rice. Guy at the counter said rice was an additional $9, like what!!! Refused to give me what I ordered in the first place. Anyways the butter chicken barely had any chicken (see pic) and was really just sauce. Will not order from here again. This is Brampton, there are many other Indian or South Asian restaurants to choose from. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Ordered Aloo Tikki Burger, Veg Steam Momos, Chaat Papri and Falooda Shake. The falooda shake is damn tasty. The burger and momos were a bit on the spicier side but the taste covers it. Cutting one star because the masala fries were too much oily. Edit - the noodle spring rolls were just like those in India. Really impressed and had a great experience.

I have tried quite a lot of stuff from the Ami’s Kitchen in just more than week. I tried their Malai Chicken Kathi roll first that was recommended by the girl named Navi who works there, the taste just reminded me of Delhi’s food, after which i went there quite frequently and now i have tried their Chicken momos, spring roll, kathi roll, soya malai chaap and the best BUTTER CHICKEN i have ever had in Canada. Honestly, none of the items disappointed me. To add to that, Navi is an extremely sweet and friendly.

One of those takeaway points that remains open till 5 AM. I tried their quarter chicken that is tandoori chicken with bone, it was juicy and had a great taste. I also tried their biryani, I do feel it can be more flavourful than it is now, also the quality of rice can be improved. In all great takeaway joint. Very good service by Navi.

We got a chicken biriyani and butter chicken from Ami’s kitchen today for take out. Food was packaged fine. The biriyani was not good at all - rice tasted bland and sour - they probably forgot to add salt also. The chicken in the biriyani was ok however it didn’t feel like eating biriyani. The butter chicken tasted ok - 85% gravy and the rest chicken. Some of the boneless chicken pieces were very hard to chew - felt over cooked or old. Overall I would not recommend this place for their quality or taste.

So, i tried their food for the first time. Was super excited for the momos after reading the reviews; highly disappointed. Tasted so bad that i couldn’t finish all. The only good thing about the burger was the noodles; mango lassi was average.
