Fantastic Lebanese cuisine! Loved the 3 choice of dips ,lamb shanks, lamb chops and baked salmon. Ankit Bhardwaj, the manager, is a perfectionist who attended to everyone with a positive attitude. We truly loved our experience and believe such dedicated people should be recognized. We’ll definitely come back for him! Highly recommend!

Amal is definitely worth it and while on a bit of the pricey side, I can see why it is Michelin Guide recommended. Amazing Lebanese food, cooked to perfection. Inventive, never boring. Amazing atmosphere…but the best part is the staff. They are super attentive, always there to help and was surprised we got part of our bill knocked off due to a dinner dish being unavailable. Loved it!

Hands down one of the most gorgeous restaurants I’ve ever visited. The service was ok and the food was good. Considering this restaurant has been Michelin-recommended multiple times (2022, 2023, 2024), I expected the service to match the atmosphere and food quality but it was standard.

The restaurant is rather large with a few semi-private tables separated from the rest of the restaurant with screens. It is certainly an upscale restaurant where most people are dressed up even for lunch. They have u derground parking accessible only from a small lane at the back. Many of the Middle Eastern dishes are an "upscale" version of popular foods served differently.

Amal, a Michelin-starred Lebanese restaurant, offered an exceptional dining experience with its authentic flavors and warm ambiance. I enjoyed the mixed kebab platter, which was perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, I found pistachio shells in one of the kebabs, but the staff handled it impeccably. The supervisor immediately checked on me and ensured I was okay, showcasing their dedication to customer care. Despite the hiccup, the quality of the food and service made it a memorable visit.

Every time I visit Amal it’s a very nice experience, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently dined at Amal Restaurant in Toronto, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The ambiance is stunning with a modern, upscale design that still feels warm and inviting. The service was impeccable—our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and very hospitable. The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was packed with authentic Lebanese flavors, presented beautifully, and perfectly balanced. The mezze platter was a standout, with fresh ingredients and flavors that transported us straight to the Mediterranean. Overall, it was an amazing dining experience. Amal is definitely one of Toronto’s gems, and I look forward to returning soon!

One of the best restaurants in Toronto. Absolutely loved all the food, the service and the ambience. We loved the fact that they took extra care of us since we had a 5-month old with us. My wife needed to feed him and they provided an area near the back where she can have some privacy. Thank you team for being so accommodating. The only opportunity to improve is that they do not have a family washroom for parents to change the diapers of their babies. The only diaper changing station is in the women’s washroom and not in the men’s which was shocking. However I did inform the manager, Ali, to try to rectify this as it can be perceived negatively by some sensitive parents. But overall, an absolute gem of a place with fantastic food! Worth the prices for a celebration, for sure!

I had an exceptional experience at Amal Restaurant in Toronto! The food was beyond delicious, with flavors that truly stood out. The interior design is stunning, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and made the meal even more enjoyable. It’s hands down the best place I’ve dined in Toronto! Highly recommend!
