Fantastic price, food, and service! My family has ordered the Koobideh Kebab (#2) several times now and have been impressed each time. A place well worth trying!

1. The quality and taste of the food at $11.99 were excellent and initially drew us to this establishment. However, the significant price increase following the "Canadian Tax Break," from $11.99 to $15.99, prompted us to leave and instead visit Shamshiri, where the food quality is superior. We had hoped to benefit from the 13% tax savings, but instead, we experienced a 33.6% price increase. 2. While the female staff members are generally pleasant and accommodating, the male cashier tends to be quite rude and not very pleasant to interact with. 3. Additionally, the cleanliness of the trays used to serve food to customers is lacking, and the tables were not clean. We had to clean the table ourselves before dining.

Excellent Iranian food at great price. I ordered the koobideh kabob, and it was good. Just was missing the butter on the side. Very filling for the price of $12; comes with 2 skewers. Great customer service and very clean restaurant. It's hard to find a parking spot as it is in a very busy plaza. Will be going back to try other items. Compared to other Iranian restaurants in the area, it is still the more affordable and reasonably priced spot. Highly recommended.

Tasty food, vegetable/barley soup is great and filling, has chicken pieces inside, and koobideh kabob is yummy. Give yourself enough time since there is waiting time for kebabs. Service is friendly.

We went to this restaurant for dinner and tried their kebab koobideh and tahchin. The food quality was average, but the portions were relatively good. The prices were reasonable. However, the dining area was a bit untidy and dirty, and we had to wait a long time for our dinner. Overall, it was okay for a one-time visit.

Visited altona kabab , I was passing by North York and stopped at this plaza. I ordered koobodieh kababs with rice and tomato . They took 15 mins to prepare fresh kababs and they were amazing . I was impressed by the taste and ordred 1 more for takeout . Staff was friendly despite of the bad reviews . My experience was good and the food is reasonably priced . Compared to other iranian restaurants in the area . I will definitely visit again and try something else.

Altona Kabob is a hidden gem with a fantastic selection of delicious, high-quality dishes at very affordable prices. The flavors are spot on, and the portions are generous. Altona is absolutely incredible! Don’t matter what time of day it is! The meat is always juicy and tender! The rice, fluffy and well cooked! Plenty of sumac to go with grub and this place hits the spot every single time! On the pricey end but great eats none the less!
