Aloette Bay is a new restaurant in Toronto opened more than 6 months ago.

Aloette Bay is the sister location to the beloved Aloette at Queen & Spadina, created by Chef Patrick Kriss. This new location mirrors the design and style of our Spadina location while adding a touch of sophistication that reflects the dynamic energy of its new neighbourhood. Opened in 2024, Aloette Bay is conveniently situated just steps from Union Station, Scotiabank Arena, and the heart of downtown Toronto. Stop by to enjoy Aloette classics like the Aloette Burger, Fried Chicken, and Lemon Meringue Pie, or discover new staples like our breakfast offerings, bakery items for those on the go, and other soon-to-be favourites.

We (3) enjoyed a delicious lunch here to celebrate the holidays (and friendship). We ordered a few appetizers to try (all delicious!) Tuna Tartare, Hamachi Crudo and the Iceburg Wedge. The Aloette burger was a recommended main so we tried that along with the black truffle burger and the Aloette fried chicken. The burgers were great (we didn’t find the truffle burger to be as good — but it’s possible expectations were high. The Aloette burger came with fries and they were nice and crispy and right amount of salt. We enjoyed several cocktails: gong show, arctic club and Iceburg fiction — all of them were delicious. And, we finished our lunch with an espresso martini also very well done. The atmosphere is part of a food hall feel but the restaurant itself was clean, soft music and the decor is pleasing. Service was fantastic (only critique would be that the 3 meals didn’t come out at the same time) but even that was a minimal hiccup. Overall, we had a great time and would return and recommend.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE. Delicious food. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the price. That being said it was likely not out of line for downtown Toronto. Small quaint and, once again, incredible service. Which helped me get over the cost.

Came here on a Monday night for a romantic dinner, and every item we had was better than the last. The quantities were perfect, the dishes were fairly priced, and everything was done just right. The stand out items were the octopus carpaccio, the side dish of crispy squash, and the melt-in-your-mouth scallop. The beef tartare and burger were also excellent, but had the misfortune of being next to the other dishes. The service was also excellent, and the servers knew everything you could wish to know about. I highly recommend getting a larger table for all the dishes you will be ordering!

Very delicious food and great service. The original Aloette is one of my favourite restaurants and I felt that this does it justice!

Very good new spot in the area. Being open only on weekdays is disappointing. Kaye is an excellent host. IG: mansafx

The food was disgusting. We've been to the Spadina location before so we expected the food to be at least decent, boy were we about to be proven wrong. This was probably the worst meal we had this year, to the extent that we would pay to not have to eat the food. (Which I guess we did...) Like usually if the food is bad, I try to finish it to prevent waste, but it really was unbearable. **Food** The appetizers were fine and about the same as the other location, but the mains were revolting. We only ate a few bites of the mains before we asked for the bill and left, we really couldn't bear it despite the food waste. The picture shows how much we could stomach, before we had to give up. **Service** Standard for a restaurant DT. **Atmosphere** The seating in our area was cramped, not much else to say about it.

Came here on a weekday night. Welcoming addition to the financial district. Convenient location. Lovely flavours and service. Ambiance could be better, outer food hall is visible and the washrooms are located outside. Though it’s expected for this location. Still an enjoyable meal.

I was invited to the soft opening by Jo and team and had a great experience. The octopus carpaccio was the standout, and the lemon meringue pie is just as good as I remember from their first location on Spadina. Very conveniently located to get dinner and drinks before a show at Scotiabank Arena or the Rogers Centre.
