My salad was gray and tomatoes disgusting. Felt like I was eating a two week old shawarma left on the street. Chicken was dryer than stale bread… and the chicken seasoning was some tandoori style? Not a shawarma. Needless to say, my body feels like crap after eating this garbage.

Yikes. Saw they had the option for a "greek salad" on the menu and what I recieved for $6 was a handful of wet, slightly warm (???) cut up veg. No salad dressing, no olives, no feta. Nothing resembling a greek salad or even, you know, a salad. The sever was chatting with a friend when I came in, so I ended up waiting to order while he finished his conversation. And they took their time about it, even though he saw I was waiting. It felt... weird. I wouldn't recommend this spot.

Ordered a Beef Crazy Wrap combo on Ritual and had the pleasure of being served by the manager, he's amazing and you can tell he truly cares about the food and the preparation! I will absolutely be back, my shawarma was perfectly cooked and delicious, exactly like I ordered and the fries are so crispy and tasty, even better than Costco fries. I got them with hot sauce and tahini and a bit of the garlic sauce on top - warning cus their garlic sauce is addictive! Manager even gave me a treat for my dogs who were waiting outside! Will definitely be back!!!

Great food and kind and caring staff! The older lady gave me hot lentil soup and spinach samosa a while back for free when I was working as a CrossingGuard at Ossington & Bloor during a terrible rainstorm. Today, I am working this corner again and was feeling very hot and faintish, so they gave me a free cold bottle of water and a cold hand towel to help cool me down to finish my shift without passing out. Wonderful staff. God bless them.

This is the worst falafel I have ever ate! All falafels went to the garbage. The girl making my order did not listen to what I wanted on the plate . I told her just a little chickpeas, she put a handful in my plate. They charge $1 for half the vegetables on display. $1 for potatoes. They need to change the barrier between customers and employees, the employees cannot hear anything from the customers.

2019: Best Alibaba i have went to so far. They have different ingredients and they are generous with the proportion of your food. I commonly come here after school and my friends love this place. They welcome me like family and has a great vibe to the place. Student special is $6. 2022: the price has changed. The student special is now $10.50. The taste a bit off from what I remember but it's still similar. I recommend going to Alibaba's over Lazeez and osmows anytime.
