Dirty place and they serve u not good and money there is high for place like that the manager is not responsible And the name of the store doesn’t push it to go see the Store and that is boring. They don’t have nothing just care about money. They don’t care about customers.

Probably the worst shisha lounge in Toronto. Very dirty, flavours are bad, the shishas themselves are old and unmaintained. The service is also terrible.

Lot of flavours available. Peace atmosphere. A classic ambience. Very great customer service by Don. A very quite place. Building is a bit old. Plenty of parking lots.

I had a wonderful time at Alexandria last weekend. We threw an event there and they gave us a free pineapple shisha, which was delicious and refreshing. The boss was very accommodating and the staff worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was lively and fun, with great music and entertainment. The shisha was smooth and flavourful, and they had a wide range of options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great shisha spot in Toronto.

The most rude owner and hosts, kicked us out for wanting to be customers and buy 2 shisha and some tea instead of 3. I had ordered some tea already, the owner told us rudely that we had 30 mins to drink our tea and leave since we didn't want to order 3 shishas. He came back 5 mins later and told us to leave. No manners or etiquette. The tea itself was bad and for two teabags he charged $15.

A decent selection of food and juice. The tubes on the shisha did not connect well to the main part of the device, so we had to constantly re-attach the tube to it. Also, they did not provide individual mouth pieces per customer.
