Well first the lady working there is the sweetest. Shisha is TRASH - you will have a burnt taste after few puffs. Shisha is 1/10. Food is ooookkayy. Not bad for $17 mixed grill plate. Their garlic sauce is atrocious, absolutely non edible paste. Could use it to cover holes on a drywall Place needs ALOT of improvement otherwise shut it down

Your food is bad and very expensive. The chicken is fried, tasteless and unacceptable. The shisha looks used and not good. I do not advise anyone to try this restaurant. This is a very poor restaurant because of its lack, you can't go to extremes. The service is unacceptably unsuccessful. The bathrooms are abnormally musty, and there is not even toilet paper. It is truly the worst restaurant I have ever tried. I will never enter such a bad restaurant in my life. I don't recommend anyone to try it, especially if you are a restaurant lover like me. You will attack every restaurant because of this bad restaurant.

It wasn't our first time to visit this place and we are always friendly and tip them generously. On 12 April 2023, we were a group of six and ordered food, but unfortunately, we discovered a cockroach in one of the plates (which we have captured in this picture). We immediately called over our server and showed her the plate, but to our surprise, she merely smiled then laughed. When we told her that we expected her to react differently, she responded by saying, "What do you want me to do? I will not charge you for this plate," without even offering an apology. After this incident, another server became rude to us, things took a turn for the worse. We had ordered only one shisha out of more than ten being served at the place, yet the server began with our table saying that the place was closed and demanded to instantly take our shisha away. Until then we were so friendly despite the cockroach incident. Since the place is supposed to be open till 2:00am and it was 1:35am, Our friend placed the hose on the table with some frustration, which caused the server to shout at him. When our friend yelled back, the servant girl screamed at our friend "You can't shout like this, you are a customer". Then the guy told us, "If you want to take it outside, let us go out and sort it out.". The manager was not in the place this night and only the servants. I guess this might explain why the staff didn't mind their attitude.
