Finally. Someone who serves meat samosas. And excellent samosas at that. At an excellent price as well. What more could one ask for. Service, food and price all excellent. I will be back often now that I have found them. And how I found them was a recommendation from a stranger standing behind me in line at a different samosa restaurant closer to home when she over heard me saying I hope they also had beef samosas. Thanks stranger. You were right.

This is the best place in Toronto to pick up authentic Somalian sambusas. The prices are great and the sambusa's are the best!

Updated review: Recently got cookies and xalwo from there as I had guests. I should have known better. The xalwo didn’t taste that great and the cookies were stale. I couldn’t even eat it myself forget my guests. Will never return Previous review: There was no one around in the restaurant. We called out and rang the little bell a couple of times, but no one came. The kitchen door was half open and I couldn’t see anyone in the kitchen. If the owners needed to perhaps take a prayer break or do something, then the door should have been closed and locked and a “Be back” sign or something of the sort should have been placed on the door. Door was just wide open. We ended up leaving after waiting for a few minutes. Owners/employees seem careless and I find it sad because I used to come to this restaurant often when I was growing up.

I went through the back, because a friend lives in the apartments upstairs, and I saw how they washed their feet in the sink ... then another person came in and urinated with the bathroom door open and left and did not wash their hands. .. inside the kitchen you see a lack of hygiene. I appreciate never coming to eat here

The short lightskin guy is the owner and he is very rude. He looked at me like I am crazy for not bringing in cash. They have an ATM machin there (that doesn't work) for the past 15 year just to avoid paying taxes. GET A DAMN INTERACT MACHINE. Thank you for reminding me why i never came back in 10 years.

A decent place mostly for take-out. Good food and very friendly staff. Clean!

This place used to serve descent food but now its like they no longer care. The meat used for shawarmas is cold, Samosas are served cold. The panini grill they use looks like it hasn't been cleaned in since 2009. The prices are too high. $10 for a small shawarma and drink.. when I say small the wraps got maybe 400 calories in it. Be prepared to feel unsatisfied. Also, white people will not feel welcomed here. Other customers give you dirty looks and non whites get served first. I hope this place shuts down.
