Ajisen Ramen was founded in Kumamoto, Japan in 1968 and is the largest ramen brand in the world. Over the years, the unique taste of our ramen allowed for global expansion to 700+ locations in over 15 countries such as Canada, Japan, Singapore, USA, Italy, China, and more. Despite our growth, we have stayed true to our roots. We continue to follow the same recipes that the founder used since 1968 to make every bowl with our hearts. Our name AJISEN means "a thousand flavours" and perfectly embodies our carefully crafted bowls of ramen.

They’re the only Ajisen location that I know that offer the garlic topping shakers that I take full advantage of. This is the best location in my opinion. Consistently good over the years with great menu variety. The broths are always so comforting and not overly salty.

Was starving on my first night in Markham and really wanted some ramen. This place came up on my list and I headed over. The food was really good and came out pretty quickly. The staff was friendly and eager to help.

Their Ebi Fry Ramen set with spicy miso base is so delicious! Great unami flavour, I finished every last bite. Probably the best ramen I've had in Toronto. The service was good as well. Will come again with my friends!

Delicious Food, Excellent Service, and Cozy Atmosphere My partner and I had a fantastic dining experience at Ajisen Ramen. He ordered the black garlic steak, and I had the pork katsu ramen—both dishes were absolutely delicious. We were seated and served immediately, with attentive and friendly service throughout. Despite being a small dining spot, the atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, making the experience even better. The food was flavorful, and we can’t wait to come back and explore more of the menu. Highly recommend for anyone craving great ramen and a welcoming, relaxed environment!

I have been to a few Ajisen locations now and this one is pretty decent. I find it cleaner than other locations. I got my usual spicy beef ramen and it was amazing as always. This location wasn’t heavy on the salt like other locations. Service was alright I wish they would’ve walked by to check on us. Took a while to flag them down to get the bill. Regardless I’d still come back.

A hearty dependable bowl of ramen that does the job. Came in with a bad throat and it did the trick. The staff maintained a good balance between being proactive and not being overly intrusive.
