Went in last week for an early dinner and this place did not disappoint. Very fresh food. We got 2 bento boxes one with bbq eel and the other soft shell crab and shared.

I have had very memorable food experiences both times I have been. Unfortunately, our second visit, one of our parties, had their order forgotten or not entered, so their dinner came after we were finished, and we shared our own with them. I wish they comped their meal or offered something to make up for us trying to make due and sharing. The first time we were here, however, was great, so I'm not sure I'd return and torn on if it's just a fluke or not, and that's a shame.

Ajio Sushi is such a cute place with really good korean and japanese meals. Definitely recommend their Sushi and Bibimbap hot stone bowl. Absolutely smashing flavour and texture. There are many vegan friendly options available. We ordered some vegan Udon and it was really delicious. The vibe of the place is so chill and very quick service (because we were the last ones in the restaurant lol xD).

Don't let the outside of this place fool you. Inside has the best korean food Hamilton has to offer. I am very picky when it comes to Korean food and I love everything I've ordered from Ajio. Can't really speak too much about the Japanese food because I usually come to Ajio for their korean food but I haven't gotten anything I didn't like. Service is great too. It's just a small place but their food is worth it, I would definitely recommend.

Great food and service! Servings are large and come with lots of sides, I could barely finish my food. The waiter was very nice and funny (and attractive lol). I highly recommend the takoyaki and spicy chicken here. The chicken comes in a hot bowl, bubbling.

This restaurant has excellent food. I really recommend trying the Rice Cakes, Takoyaki and Fried Rice. Every other dish was delicious but those were my favourite. The service was fast and the staff were very friendly. It was a nice vibe and I will definitely visit again.

We got the chicken katsu and the rainbow roll, huge portions for reasonable prices. Really fast service, and a lot of side dishes. 100% recommend!

Don't let the restaurant's outside appearance fool you. The place is small but cozy, with spacious seating but can probably have up to 9 groups of 4. We tried both Japanese bento#3 & Korean jjigae noodles- all tastes great, have great big servings too. Having hot water to drink is always a plus, but +++ for the small porridge, salad & Korean side dishes as appertizers. Great value for money
