Finally decided to try this restaurant after some have recommended it after dining in, and I will never be placing a delivery order again. Prior to ordering I placed a call simply inquiring on whether they put a tamper sticker on the package or staple it shut for deliveries. She gentleman with a strong accent answered the phone and was quite combative and refused to. I was really shocked considering this is quite standard, especially since the pandemic began. He spoke to me as if I asked a bizarre question, and said whatever other restaurants do is what they do, they don’t do that. The attitude was very off putting. I ended up asking again and related my shock at his response, and he finally said they would put one. I’m not sure why his attitude was necessary when they clearly have stickers that they put on the package, as evidenced by what I received near the handle of the package. After this experience I won’t return and will tell others the same.

This place is exquisite, the food is Devine and the waiting staff is always on. Do not skip a beat come here, have an amazing meal. You will not be disappointed.

A last minute dinner out led us to Agi and we were pleasantly surprised. The experience was excellent from start to finish and everything in between. We were politely greeted and the servers were outstanding. We started with the sauteed tiger shrimp, which was perfectly cooked and served with a slice of grilled bread in a sauce that had a subtle spice. Our main course was the spanish rice and whole sea bass. The spanish rice dish had an impressive amount of delcious seafood. The sea bass which was one of the evening's specials was fresh and grilled to perfection. An overall exceptional experience!

What a FANTASTIC restaurant that graces the Main Street Village of Stouffville. The ambiance is beautiful, the food is absolutely amazing and service is top notch. We had the lamb that was cooked to perfection and the Cod with chowder was delicious. Our server Blair was extremely friendly, very prompt and elevated the whole experience. The young man that greeted us and helped through the service was kind and personable. The whole experience was extraordinary. I highly recommend AGI Kitchen. Thank you for the memorable evening and looking forward to returning soon.

The reviews are right, AGI is absolutely an amazing dining experience. We were incidentally greeted at the door by a server delivering a drink. Impromptu he took our martini order, which was delivered as we were seated. Without reservations at 7pm on a summer Saturday, we were fortunate to be offered a table. The tiny restaurant was packed. We enjoyed warm olives, the fried goat cheese, PEI oysters, mushroom gnocchi and the seared ahi tuna. The Brunello was on point for this indulgent meal. We had to take the desserts of poached pear and chocolate cake home to eat fireside. Apparently the “chef owner” came from years of experience at Fishbone, which is the the place to eat on the lake. Watch out Fishbone, if diners elect to take the 12 minute drive into the adorable Main Street, AGI is equal or possibly superior. Service by Blair was AMAZING!

I’ve been wanting to eat here for the longest time and I finally got to try last night. Service 5/5 - especially by the lady server was excellent. She was friendly, and attentive. We were celebrating a birthday and they added a candle to the slice of cake we ordered, that was a sweet and thoughtful gesture. She also sang! Super sweet. Food quantity 5/5 huge portions that positively surprised us. Value for your money when it comes to portion size. We’ll never find such huge portions in other Toronto fine dining restaurants and this is definitely a plus. Atmosphere 5/5 casual cozy. Chairs were comfortable enough, tables were spaced well. Lighting was good. Quality of food 4/5 pretty good for a restaurant in a small town like Stoufville. If I lived here, it would be my go to restaurant. But I’ve eaten in many restaurants serving the same dishes so I feel like it could definitely improve and be a 5/5, The grilled calamari appetizer - good portions, good flavour, delicious but the calamari itself was overcooked. Half of it just passed the rubbery stage and the other half was full blown rubbery. I mentioned this to the server but no rectifying effort was made so we decided to chew slowly on the rest of the calamari anyway, soaking each piece in the delicious sauce. Somehow all O&B restaurants always cook their calamari right, always tender. Spanish rice - huge portions with more than enough seafood to delight anyone. King prawns were also overcooked but this time the calamari and the scallops were cooked well. Flavour was ok, not bad but not the best Spanish rice I’ve had and I’ve tried many. Chocolate cake - pretty good. They said that everything on the menu is baked or cooked in-house except for the ice cream. The portion size was just right, a slim slice. Overall, it is still a 5/5. 👍🏼

Located on Stouffville’s Main St, this cute little restaurant is nothing short of spectacular. Everything from the service, to the quality of the food, to the ambiance was just wonderful 🥰 Pictured below 📸👇🏽: - Grilled lamb chops 🐑 - Pan-seared ahi tuna 🐟 Unforfunately I didn’t get to capture all of our food as it was my first time meeting two members of our dinner party and I didn’t want to come across as too “millenial” 😅🤳 Will definitely come back again! Having a dinner for 3 of us today and it was an amazing dinner! We’d ordered: Mussels - very great taste with curry flavour, not spicy so my kid loves it! Tomato and onion on the sauce was so tasty! Grilled Calamari - nice texture and great grill Gnocchi - full of mushroom and tasted amazing; I am not a fan of Gnocchi but we finish it all Spanish rice - special taste and the texture is just right! Overall love the food and vibe of the restaurant and will come back again shortly!
