I wish I could give more than 5 stars! As a vegetarian I thoroughly enjoyed the Eggplant dish. It was well crafted with the right amount of greens and sauce to complement the eggplant. The salad was simple yet tasty. The service was amazing as well. I just wish there were more vegetarian options. Nonetheless, I can’t wait to come back again to stay at Sterling Inn and Spa and dine here.

We had our 43rd anniversary dinner here. Absolutely a very special experience. We were seated in a very private corner and they had placed flowers on our table. Our server congratulated us 1st, helped us pick a wine and recommend her favorite dishes. We followed her suggestions and had one of the best meals we had on a 3 week vacation. In addition we were given an envelope with a beautiful congratulation message. I felt like we got a bargain between the food, atmosphere, and service provided. A very very special experience. Okay, wow. The fresh food, heart warming atmosphere, live music, all in a beautiful dining area (in the basement of a hotel) made this a memorable experience. This a go to place for celebrating with a fancy dinner.

I have had two amazing dinners here and wish I lived closer so I could visit more often. The food is incredible and I love the farm to table philosophy with ever changing menus based on local and seasonal cuisine. It means your will have a unique experience each time you visit. The dishes are so creative and always a hit; I love the tasting menu option. It includes an amuse bouche and bread and butter as well. Highly recommend enjoying a cocktail with your meal. Pricing is very reasonable for what you receive. During my second visit, there was some lovely live music playing which really elevated the experience. Servers are also genuine and kind. I will return again.

Incredible food, wonderful service and unbelievable value. One of the best meals I have ever had and went home with leftovers and feeling very full. Highly recommend for one of the best meals of your life!

We were recommended here by our friend Ilya of Leaning Posts wines - thank you so much Amazing all around !! Erica and Mia - fantastic service We did the Bistro menu . Started with the sunchoke appetizer - incredible !! Hubby had the flank steak and I had the duck - both incredible Being that it was national ice cream day we had to share with the gelato for dessert delish A definite gem in Niagara !! We WILL be back !!

We had a terrific anniversary dinner at AG last week. We ate there 6 years ado and the food has improved! Every part of the Prix Fixe meal was delicious and well executed! Appetizers of lobster bisque and beet salad with house smoked veal tongue. Entrees we’re braised Ontario lamb shank (Ontario has THE best lamb in the world!) and the entree was sausage stuffed saddle of rabbit wrapped in prosciutto. Both were amazing. The desserts and cocktails were also fantastic. As before, the service is impeccable and the room is intimate and has a glamorous private club atmosphere.
